"Rift World" is a somewhat janky and unpolished FPS where you shoot* what looks like a lot of "borrowed" stock assets, because, I dunno, it's a shooter so shoot? The low quality low poly assets and janky gameplay serve to deter most gamers, as the SteamDB player counts show in my delusional dream world. Not every "free" game really is. There's often MTX (motorcross), or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, or any other number of things that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Because it is. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry*, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam because it doesn't have millions of AAA dollars backing it. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 3 concurrent players... this is a public reception to a solo-developed free game, but it's easy to see why gooners rejected it. Bearing in mind that free games are free, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? This time. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, that's a bunch of Steam achievements.

The best I can describe it is a low poly doom eternal lmao. The bullet hell fast pace mayhem is extremely fun. Stand for not even a second you're dead, gotta keep moving. One thing I don't like is how it isn't punishing enough. Once you die you go back to the checkpoint and no enemies respond. A mode where you have three lives to complete a ruin would be nice. I'm not really good at the game right now but I'm sure my skill will increase for the time I will put into the game. Content is a issue too. Its just the main game and challenges. You can speed run it but I'm not really into that. More of combat type of person. Hopefully a arcade mode could happen? Where you go to endless rifts racking up points and being the top on leader boards. I'm asking for a bit to much right now. All I can say is buy this game. Its beautiful, game play is awesome and for the content it has right now its diffidently worth the $10.
Efsanevi bir sihirli FPS deneyimi sunuyor. Zorlu engeller, dinamik düşmanlar ve destansı boss savaşları var. Farklı ve renkli bir dünya.
Fast, chaotic, high-mobility FPS gameplay with a forgiving structure appropriate to casual play. Cool enemies, levels, and spell effects. Performance is a mixed bag. Not perfect overall, but it solidly delivers a unique brand of flying multicolored chaos.
Highly recommend Rift World! I'm not a huge PC gamer but this one is definitely addicting. Took me a min to get used to the controls but once i got it down, i started blasting through the game. The game is really easy to jump in and out of if your trying to multitask. On the other hand, if your ready to absolutely dominate, blast through as many levels as you think you can handle. Welcome to the Rift.
Жена сказала, что если на этом обзоре наберётся 10 лайков и 5 наград, то она подарит ящик пива. Мужики, выручайте!
Song turns annoying and the control are very unbalanced, the gameplay isn't the best either and i don't picture playing this for longer than an hour
The spells are all fun to use and the enemies are designed in such a way to encourage the use of a variety of them, but the game is otherwise held back by the horrible Unity movement stutter.
free game at least I got to level three and quit because of how repetitive it was. you're fighting because... multidimensional wizard colonialism or something? the enemies are weak as hell, you'll die more to having janky movement mechanics which cancel each other (when you dash you stop floating which will yeet you off the map) I genuinely couldn't tell the levels were actual *levels* and not just randomly generated, nothing felt unique or like it stood out, The enemy designs were oftentimes just "this is a larger version or a smaller version of the same thing you've been seeing" Doesn't look terrible, I guess.
