At least the game commits to following that premise from beginning to end, giving the player a clear objective rather than simply jumping between unrelated scenes. Unfortunately, I never found that premise convincing. The setup asks the player to accept a string of increasingly implausible events without ever giving them enough grounding to feel believable. Even within a light-hearted fantasy, the story constantly relies on convenience rather than natural progression, making it difficult to become invested in what is happening. The characters suffer from a similar problem, as they largely exist to shift the protagonist towards the next encounter rather than developing into memorable people with believable motivations or personalities. As a result, the emotional side of the story never really has the opportunity to grow beyond its initial premise. Representation - ★★☆☆☆ The game is aimed at a gay audience, which is always welcome to see. Unfortunately, the relationships themselves remain fairly superficial. Rather than exploring genuine chemistry or allowing the characters to build meaningful connections, the story focuses almost entirely on showcasing its adult content as soon as possible. The result is a cast that feels more like fantasy archetypes than fully realised people. There is also very little variety of character design: some seem like a copy of each other, but with different haircut/eye colour. Gameplay - ★★☆☆☆ Gameplay remains very straightforward. The experience follows the traditional visual novel formula with occasional choices guiding progression, but there is little interaction beyond reading dialogue and advancing the story. The choices rarely feel meaningful enough to substantially change the experience. Art & Direction - ★★★☆☆ The artwork is probably the game's strongest aspect. Character designs are generic, but suit the overall tone of the experience, while the CGs do enough to support the scenes they accompany. Beyond that, however, the presentation remains fairly basic. There is little visual variety or creative direction to elevate the experience beyond what players would generally expect from a small adult visual novel. Do I recommend it? Not really. While I appreciate that the game at least attempts to tell a complete story rather than serving as a collection of disconnected adult scenes, that story never becomes compelling enough to justify the journey. The premise feels too implausible, the characters remain underdeveloped, and the relationships lack the emotional depth needed to make them memorable. Players looking for a simple NSFW fantasy may still find something to enjoy, but if you're hoping for a visual novel with believable characters and a story that meaningfully supports this genre, you won't find it here.
