Back to 90s' This game is very addictive. Looking forward to future updates.

It just gets too boring too quick. After you get somebody to run the register you just check in movies all day until level 20 when you hire somebody else to check-in movies. Pretty much everything you can do is inconsequential so nothing feels like it has purpose.

The game is fun, if a bit buggy. Level 13 unlocked the Kid's genre and net me the achievement "Certified Movie Buff: Unlock all movie genres" along with claiming that achievement in-game.... only to unlock another genre (Comedy) at level 15, with 2 more genres after it? I like hunting down pedestrians in the street to throw our unchanging "Grand Opening" brochure at them year-round. It'd be nice if we could change what the brochure said like how we do the street sign. ALSO... what kind of monster has 13 snacks and 4 compartments on the snack shelf? Give us 3 more snacks for 4 shelves with each snack having the same amount of real estate.

Not a lot to do. You can either hurt your neck returning hundreds of tapes, or look at a checkout register. Besides that you buy videos, of which the ratings do not matter, you decorate a store which is done after 10 minutes, and you buy videos in the backalley twice a week. Its incredibly boring quite quickly. Theres barely any mechanics, and the video-titles of the videos are really really lazy. They're almost all randomly generated nonsense not even comedic. None of your decisions in-game really effect anything, put a video on the wrong shelf? No problem. Wouldn't buy this until its got much more content and updates added, but to be honest i don't see where the developer can actually take this. Cashed in on the nostalgia but did so poorly.
