Retro Rewind - Video Store Simulator

This game is amazing. There's certainly a ton of lazy first-person simulator games out there, and this is not one of them. The game loop is tight and entertaining - it might become a bit repetitive, but you can chose whether or not you want to work the checkout or the return station early on so you don't have to do both. I find the grindy bits of the game quite enjoyable. The dev has a couple of content updates, with more to come. Now that you can repair video tapes, the game feels incredibly complete, and I can't wait for the video game rentals to come to the game!!

Im 5 hours in and discovering your employees wont return items to their places? Are you kidding me? You made this game and you can't sort your collection? wtf????

That's like super cringe and weird... I spend at least an hour on the demo. After it, I bought the game cuz it was dope and spend around 2-3h in it. And Steam just started counting today... Whatever, so, I will praise the game, but wanna write something and hope the devs will see it: The game isn't greatly optimized. The demo was kinda better. But it kinda overheats my PC. I can run it on high or even epic... but I am forced to lower it between high and medium just so it doesn't overheat my machine... pls, do something. About the game - yes, it's very addictive. Really love it. The settings are great and the gameplay loop is very fun. I couldn't let it down. After playing the S out of the demo, it was an easy buy. This game is a masterpiece <3

Man, what a great game. This one really brought back some memories. I miss those days of going to the video store with your parents and getting to pick out a couple of movies for the weekend. There was just something special about those times. Man, I really miss being a kid.

Yes, I do, in fact, get home from work to run my own store and fulfill my childhood fantasy of owning a movie rental store. No, I do not need you to remind me that I am working after doing work; lots of folks have two jobs! Seriously though, this is such a relaxing game that fills me with nostalgic joy; 100% recommend to folks who enjoy the genre!

It's a good game to turn your brain on auto pilot and then wonder where your whole day went.
