Retro Rewind - Video Store Simulator

OMG I love this game. I was a kid when Blockbuster was around and went into bankruptcy shortly into my adulthood. It's bringing back so many memories.

A really cool and chill game. This game made me realize that video rental shops were actually really cool when i was a kid. Try it with the demo if you cant decide to buy it or not !

As a kid that grew up in the 90s this is amazing. As a 40 year old adult that does enjoy simulator games its only decent. I won't give it a negative review. It hits those old memories hard. The only real downside is you can't fail. To me that kills the simulation side of this. At launch you could have movies returned broken but you can still get $20 out of the customer for breaking it. Now they've added tape repairs so you never lose your movie and you can still charge the customer $20. As of leaving this review gaming consoles and game rentals are in the future. Honestly, its cool. But it'll just be reskinned VCRs and VHS tapes. I believe this game has only done well because of the nostalgia. Aside from that its the only thing that makes it special.
