Resident Evil 3

definitely an over hated game, i mean yeah sure, the game is extremely short, and the level design is really mid compared to the other entries, BUT my main issue with the game is it's length, i beat the game in 6 hours, i mean sure RE games are known for being short (and i like that about them) but 6 hours is NOT ENOUGH. the game did not make me care one bit about any of the characters, which is normal considering the game is 6 HOURS. still i don't think that the game is as bad as people say, if you got money to spend, or just want to play all the relevant entries then go for it ig. I'll probably play the OG and see if it's as good as people say.

I still remember my dad's original PS1 copy and how scared I was of the cover and of Nemesis in the game, too. None of that remains in the remake, but then again, I've gotten older, and most importantly, Nemesis is mostly scripted. It's packed with action, the gameplay is typically top-notch, and it's just plain fun. It's definitely too short (under 3 hours), but it's totally worth it on sale if you like the action titels of RE.
