The fact that enemies respawn in areas you’ve already cleared is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ criminal. It’s not just that one or two more might show up either (sometimes they’re placed in the most ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ spots imaginable), like that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ area in the sewers. The game literally decided that, after killing 3 G Adults in a row and doing that electronic door puzzle with the King and Queen plugs, it was going to spawn a new zombie behind a wall right before I could get to a save point. I got ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ambushed and killed... 2 hours of gameplay down the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ drain.

I didn't play the original so I couldn't compare it to the original game. I liked it and thought it was a huge step up in terms of gameplay from RE1 remake.
