What an amazing playing experience. One thing I really enjoyed was the two different playable stories with Claire and Leon. I think this alone provides the game with double the replay value. First time playing a Leon RE game and I see why the community loves this character so much. Characters where you see these moments of suffering/sadness but they bounce back with resilience/determination and still show up despite the challenges are very admirable to me. Maybe this is a stretch but he reminds me a lot of Guts from Berserk, not in shear brutality, but in those compassionate moments. You can tell Leon cares so much and truly desires to save as many people possible. I think 4 really reaffirms this thought for me as well, but i will wait till I get 100% to make that review. Claire's story was great as well, really enjoyed how the game changes a couple things as well to make each character experience unique. Very excited that I will get to play as her again soon enough through the Code Veronica remake. Claire is a badass and I love how RE builds their female characters stories; her, Jill Valentine, Ada all so unique in their own way but individually are all amazing/interesting/badass characters. This is also a huge plus, since I don't see many games do both M/F characters well. It feels like sometimes games get political and will downplay one or the other, and with RE games I am so interested in all the characters I've played, but also the more minor characters are so interesting (ie. the gunshop owner, Marvin, etc.) Another 10/10 experience.

i initially finished the game on playstation (multiple times). I recently moved to steam and got the game here because of the huge sale, but mainly because of the Michael Jackson Licker mod. It was worth it.
