Phenomenal game start to finish. Every segment and area of this game is incredibly well crafted and blends so perfectly together that it makes me tear up inside as a tender child would at the sight of a long lost mother. . Gunplay incredible and really makes you feel how deadly the virus is with unstoppable the enemies feel . Puzzles are great simple yet complex on a first playthrough but not at all tedious on a 7th or 8th run . Map interconnected flawlessly, the first time I realized I could return to the RPD from the sewers or able to explore just that little bit more in the orphanage as Claire I was blown away . Mr X is just the right amount of terrifying stalker for this game although not quite as good as Nemesis from RE3: Nemesis but works well for the more confined areas . Sewer section is not as bad as it is believed to be, a nice midpoint for the game which challenges inventory management in Hardcore but is easily completed in speed runs in 20mins top. .Boss fights are great, on 1st attempts they feel unrelenting and difficult but on later runs getting good with the knife using sneaky mechanics always makes them fun. Only downside is the final tyrant fight as Leon, not bad but the area just feels a little too confined. All Claire fights are bangers Highly recommend this game 9.5/10
