A little more difficulty than Rescue Team 4. In many levels, you have to demolish the old building and replace it with the new type very quickly if you want to earn three stars. The time limits of some levels are tighter than most level. And I think the description of the Air Shuttle achievement is wrong about which level this achievement is in.
