A Near-Perfect Mix Between 'Vampire Survivors' & 'Crypt of the Necrodancer'
This game is very charming. Very cute & stylized art, incredible music, and fantastic gameplay. However, the game does have a few flaws in the way of perfection.
Basic Gameplay:
Like Vampire Survivors, the game is a survivors-like bullet-hell game. There are a lot of different musicians to choose from, and each changes the gameplay style. Additionally, you are given other band members during the run who act as your additional weapons. The most charming part is that the game is stylized to the beat of the music that's running, and adding band members will add a new instrument to the music. Choosing your main musician & their style of gameplay, finding good combos with the band members, and purchasing the correct buffs is the key to success as you go through a limited amount of timed rounds.
Pros:

The art style carries this game hard. Its charming, and the visual UI moving to the beat help keep track of things very well.
Character variation is incredible. There are lots of different type of characters who all move and play differently. If you don't like moving the to beat, there are other characters who can move freely too and simply attack on certain beats.
The music connects the gameplay beautifully. Creating a whole band based off of what they can add to the music is so fun!

Cons:

Going off of the last 'Pro' bullet point: The game is lacking in terms of its sound effect department. While the incredible music pulls you into the world, the lack of sound effects will push you out. I understand there's a lack of sound effects to help you concentrate on the music. After all, its a rhythm game. However, the attacks that you throw out don't feel immersive or real at all. I don't hear or feel the attacks actually being used, and it disconnects me from the world that I'm trying to immerse myself in.
This is kind of building on the last bullet point. Whenever I purchase a new band member... I have NO idea what they do. I purely have been adding them due to what instrument I think they're going to play. The game gives a description of their character bio & personality instead of what their attack actually does. Seeing a character that's based off of a musical mode with an instrument is super cool. However, their name & bio tells me nothing about what they do in-game. Hearing their instrument, and seeing some type of preview of their attack before purchasing would really really help. The first 30-minutes of the game heavily suffers from a "wtf is going on" mentality, and adding visual & audible clarity to what the player is actually doing would really help.
The "Rounds" system keeps pulling the player back just as they're getting their groove on. Whenever I'm really jamming, the "Rounds" system to level up takes away your groove and resets your player position, enemies, and combo. This is a pretty overwhelming demotivator. Additionally, I feel like the amount of rounds are just a few too short in each stage too. Instead of resetting enemies, player position, and the combo... It'd be better maybe to push enemies away from the player between rounds, so then that groove is not ruined.

Final Thoughts
While the game may suffer from huge lack of clarity and constantly pulling the player back from getting their groove on... ReMix is a beautiful game, both in its artstyle and music. Its incredibly addicting - as all survivor-likes should be! The game is quite cheap, and I do heavily recommend playing this game if you're a fan of Vampire Survivors, Crypt of the Necrodancer, or rhythm games in general!
Very enjoyable game so far, great concept mixing a rhythm game with a roguelike. would enjoy different status affect stuff other than just burning e.g poison or smth like that if its not already in the game but thats a small gripe that aint important. Would recommend

还可以,在bw试玩后入手的,音乐配合这种玩法还是蛮不错的,就是升级太慢,还有ui可玩性可以增加一些
its a cute little game
Its just sort of okay, I can't recommend because the game feels very unfinished.
if you can get past a lot of the shortcomings which i feel lots of people wont be able to pass up. There is a lot of jank that is usually polished out before a final release, such as:

There is very few soundfx-At first I thought this was to make focusing on the beat easier but without little noises for things like ui elements, hitting enemies, enemy projectiles and even most your attacks it leaves the game feel very empty
Even tho there is a way to offset the beat (which is good!) I realised pretty much straight away that whenever you get an upgrade between waves the backing track you tap along too can drift off the bpm/tapping track. Which means while you might be tapping along to the beat the game's logic will say you are off. You can also break the UI by hitting the first note perfectly and continuing which results to the rhythm bar glitching out.
UI is very buggy and all over the place, many elements haven't been scaled properly (some very large elements and then some very small elements with small text), pause screen is seems oddly incomplete
Controls are fixed and default mapping (standard Xbox Series controller) is broken on current version and doesn't seem to have any pause button.
A lot of the gameplay design makes the game feel quite unfair as in mechanics weren't tested in-game first before being added as a full release. move speed for most characters is often too slow to dodge bullets and jumping characters will often land you into a bullet or bounce you off a wall into an enemy-Which you can't even tell where your hitbox will likely land before making a jump
No way to recognise the map as a grid, most of your characters in the game move in a grid however the grid is not very easy to identify which lead to my experience being a lot of bouncing into walls when I wanted to squeeze past enemies
Merging seems like a core mechanic and doesn't seem to be explained anywhere
The wave formula breaks the flow of gameplay completely, this is incredibly frustrating because when you finally get on rythm the game kicks you out and says "time to upgrade" regardless if you want to or not. To remedy this all you'd need to do is not pause the gameplay and perhaps spawn overlay the upgrades and reward the player by having prices reduced if you upgrade along to the beat and have the upgrades be simple taps like option 1,2,3,4
While the game can be hard at times runs usually end quite quickly which doesn't allow a decent time to rampup the players power throughout a run. Just before/Soon as you have a good setup the game will end
I like the concept but there is just so much more that could of been polished up before releasing which means the game feels incredibly uncooked and rather weightless of feedback and empty, the art in the game is beautiful but the actual programming underneath everything feels rather amateur.
