Reflex is a competitive Arena FPS that combines modern tech with the speed, precision and freedom of a 90s shooter. If you sunk countless hours into the Quake or Unreal series, Reflex will feel like a welcome return of the old school shooter feel.

its an arena fps thats actually being updated and its FREEEEEEEE
It's just Quake but it isn't good. Also dead as hell.
It's a decent arena shooter but weak competitor to Quake Live and others in the genre with little to differentiate itself aside from the nice distinct art direction. I'd recommend it, but the only real reasons to play this is the novelty or it's newly acquired F2P status.

One of the most solid feeling arena FPS games I've played, great modding support. Shame it never took off, but when this does hit free to play why not check it out? (please do, I want to have fun again)
R.I.P.
As of now this game has an EXTREMELY low player count but I'd like to give my thoughts for this game. First of all, this game has really good potential and it seems amazing. I think if it had more players to play the game and give reviews it can be really good. For improving, my ideas would be: -Add more map movement (maybe wall jumps or something alike) -Add more maps. Potentially some that are more open as opposed to very closed in (though I have liked a lot of the maps so far) -This might be quite an extreme idea but possibly rework the gun inventory. You can always pick up any gun and it means the idea of picking them up as you go and losing when you die doesn't add too much. If you could only equip say 3 or 4 and have to replace them at times, this could make it more of a feature. That might not be an idea you want however since it'd be confusing in the fast paced environment it's supposed to be -Also maybe add a feature to prevent you and the other player being a bit lost (like a ping if really far away) -(Bot matchmaking also needs a bit of tuning since it's either a pretty mid bot if you've lost or an overpowered one if you win) I really love the idea for this game though with the really quick movement and different guns.
If you have been playing Quake 3 Arena, specifically Rocket Arena, this is it. There is nothing better. Forget Quake Live, this is by far superior. Enjoy! Highly recommend.
