I bought it to support GTA 6 development, don't judge me 😁 Anyway, I was really surprised that after OS reinstall all my saves were gone. THIS GAME DOES NOT SUPPORT CLOUD SAVES on Steam, which is unacceptable for a game released in late 2024, and from major studio. They had time to add DLSS and FrameGen, but did not have time to implement such a basic feature like savefile backup to cloud. 👎👎👎 Also game seems largely overrated, maybe it shined in 2010 but now it doesn't hold. I'm not sure if I will have the patience and motivation to start over on new save.

8.7/10 Amazing game to come back around to after finishing the game when I was 10 years old on the 360. The world is great but I wish it was a bit bigger and had more activities / side missions to do especially after finishing and getting the chance to play as an adult Jack Marston. The story is great and if R* have anything else planned after GTA6 comes out it should be a remaster of RDR1 to fill holes in the story that were made by RDR2. Overall for a game that came out in 2010, it was genuinely way ahead of its time and should be a way more respected video game. Kinda insane its still $50 after the games been out for 16 years but definitely recommend sitting through and playing the game if you can catch it on a sale. Undead Nightmare is also one of the best DLC campaigns in gaming history too btw.

Legendary. The final missions are really good. Just get on sale. Not a great port.

Nice game but way too inflated with filler content. In typical Rockstar fashion they have a nice idea that they've polished well with an interesting plot, but so much useless BS along the way. No one really cares about the mundane minigames, having to ride around for hours collecting stuff around the map, or the annoying characters who are there to pad out the story with their reddit-tier antics. Besides that, the gameplay is very solid if a little shallow, and the story is genuinely interesting. Ending is extremely effective and memorable
