It's cool, but it's really hard to control and navigate.

Theme in the negative reviews is people looking for something less real, or perfectly polished (which id gladly pay for but its free as is) and/or a game. So make sure you are interested in education / travel in the tour format that your parents might have forced you to do on family vacations and not impatiently looking for a "blow me away in 2 seconds" fix. That being said, i started with the German Coal Mine (accidentally) and it was amazing. I didnt mean to select it (a bit hard to pick the grouped close ones) and was looking for it to give me any reason to back out but it looked just interesting enough and progressed just quick enough to keep moving. By the time i was at the 3rd chapter i was fascinated in what i was experiencing and seeing. Ive been to power plants of various sorts in RL with similar machinery and to coal mines of the tourist variety but this was not what i was expecting. The graphics were great given its free and you know why its not therefore polished at every angle. Its easy enough to filter that stuff out with a bit of brain power and imagination. But the amount of content and the tour itself were fantastic - unexpected. There is no good reason to give this a poor review. If you dont like it its most likely because you thought it was something different, and you didnt pay for it so ...relax. I wish there was more even if each was paid DLC. It would be super cool if something like this was a Wiki style and you had one access point to tour random stuff from anywhere and everywhere. Maybe one day...but for now, this was pretty darn neat.

I don't know. If this is the best VR has to offer, it's pretty bad. I get it, it's all 3D scan only, but many areas are just so janky. Some re-modelling wouldn't have hurt to make the geometry look good. Overall quite a decent experience here I think, tho I didn't liked how navigation works in this app.

Worth a go for free.

Schade... wenn die Steuerung nicht so furchbar grottig wäre, fände ich's gar nicht mal schlecht. Aber wenn ich mir in VR etwas ansehe, dann will ich ja *GERADE* dorthin wo ich sonst nicht hingehen kann. Und wenn ja sowieso alles in 3D vermessen und konstruiert ist... ja, warum zum Teufel denn nicht? Ich kann diese Anwendung nicht wirklich empfehlen oder ablehnen...

Mostly very impressive! Interesting places and stories, For this price; only recommend! p.s. I LOVE Puzzling Places (10/10), are you sure it's not worth to port?
