This is my first real review. And sorry, this is a big NO. I have seen worst games, but this game really deserve a thumb down. If even developer (developers?) don’t want to play his own creation, it should mean something for rest of us. How I know this? Biggest problems you can see within few minutes of gameplay. Or even tutorial. But what is bad? Everything; every little aspect of this game is broken or take all fun from the game. You can compare this game to a web page designed by novice in some web template generator. At the first look, it is ok. But if you are start clicking on anything, you can notice that whatever requires a programming, it is not working. Even simple things. And here, after more than year of dead period, they are releasing “Gold” version, which is fixing few things and braking everything else. This game never went via any testing process. Publisher is expecting that users will do all job. And even if community will report a bug, it will be not fixed. Bad: - Physics is a mess. Small cultivators are junk. You can't use it. Jumping all the time. Not a little bit. Cultivator was hitting roof of my tractor. It is silly. You can hit a bump on the field and everything is jumping. -Achievements: "Busy work" not working. It was reported by the community years ago. Still broken. - Indestructible objects (like letter boxes). You can hit something tiny and overturn your equipment (because of this crazy physics). It is really annoying in contractor jobs. You are returning equipment, hitting a rock, bump or something silly, ending up on the side and game over. Can’t reset items in a contract job. Sometimes after a long mission you have to cancel it because of it. Also sometimes I have my own tractor on a field after previous job. Taking another job with farmer's equipment. It is hard to move my tractor as I have only few seconds before the mission will be cancelled. - Jobs are always available on boards (it was a bug in a last version), but it is a ploughing simulator. After few jobs in the beginning (watering, harvesting), you will be able to plow only. You will plow the field, going back to the board and only job is plow this field again. And again. And again. So boring. Ok, to be honest, sometimes you will be offered to cultivate the field. -This few initial jobs other than plowing in the beginning are also sometimes silly. You can have a task to fertilize a field with own equipment. You are buying it / renting but can’t fill it as this option is unavailable till you will not buy a farm. -As only job possible is plowing, you are buying the biggest plow (small are useless). Plowing area is only 50% of the plow size. Takes ages to finish any job. -Harvester with a front attachment is too wide to fit the smaller bridge (in the middle of the map). Lucky because of stupid physics you can push it over the bridge. -I can understood it was too hard to create AI workers. The good idea is that AI worker works in the background. But really, do I need fill everything in 100%? I have water tank with 10000 units of water. Game knows that I need 200 to water a filed. It is really necessary to fill it to the top? Really annoying. Game could check if the amount is good. If yes, do the job. No, give the message. It is happening in the background as progress bar. It is simple "if" statement. A student will write this in 5 minutes. Array with fields and units needed. - If workers are finishing few jobs, you have a mess on this small parking. Tractors are returned on top of each other’s. You need to reset them. Easy solution could be that user can decided if the equipment will be returned to the field or the farm. - Resetting equipment. With this game you have a little info. You have a list of objects. You need to guess with one you want to reset. You can’t see it on a map or anything. It is always a lucky guess. - Lack of information. You don’t know on the map if the field is ready for harvest. You need to drive to the field to see. You can’t even see if anything is growing as it is always showing planted even after harvest. Probably I left one grain on the field (but you can’t harvest everything because harvesters will not collect everything). If you will plant something else, the fields will show you two kinds of grain on the map. Really, this game is not presenting any useful information. -can’t ask workers to harvest. Not sure why they decided to do it like that. It could be designed that after harvest the cargo will be stored in the silo. You will think why outsource everything. I want to harvest. This is a whole point of the game - to play it. Ok. The harvester is full. You are bringing a tractor with a trailer. And what can go wrong. Nothing really except it is taking ages. No joking. Start unloading the harvester, go make a tea, check the news, drink a tea. Takes forever to unload. So frustrating. Like EVERY aspect of this game. -many crazy, small bugs. You can’t leave grain in a trailer, close the game, unload and not sure what you will find in the trailer. - Rain. It is raining few times a day. Cool, except it is not doing anything except it is really dark. Rain is not hydrate fields. - Ok, I want to play with animals. For example breed cows. In the last version you could not remove slurry from the tank. When it reached 100%, it was over for doing anything with cows. Now you can empty the tank. Cool. What can go wrong you will ask again? What to do with it. Can’t sell it. Ok I will use it. But with the amount of slurry produced you need 3-4 tanks (with tractor) duping slurry on the ground 24 hours a day. Skip the time few times (sleep), and you need to slow down the time and wait to empty tanks. - Ok, Im rich. I bought few tractors. 10 new tractors to get the “Sit back and relax” achievement. I thought that because I paid this company to be a game tester, I will check if the change in the equipment makes any difference for AI to finish the task earlier. Started 10 AI jobs, tried to sleep for 6 hours. Game died. Ok, reloaded, the same. The game can’t compute too many AI. Good: - Uninstall works fine. No joking. This game is broken and no fun at all. Do not buy it even for 99% discount. To describe it in one word – “frustrating”. Farming simulators are guilty pleasures for me. Here is only a guilt, no pleasure.

I'd love to recommend this, but the myriad of technical issues that are still present in the free Gold Edition upgrade us base game owners were given prevents me from doing so. RF bombed hard on release for a reason, and sadly nothing's changed since then. For the few positives, this game is very pretty compared to its obvious competitor Farming Simulator. Nicely detailed crops and fantastic early morning and late evening lighting make working the fields at odd hours super enjoyable. There's a good variety of equipment, with small tractors able to do quite a bit of work before you'll need to jump up to the big guys. Roads have traffic, something the Farm Sim titles of the time were missing. Unfortunately that's about it for the good. The negatives with this sadly impact basic gameplay, the worst being bouncing implements. If it interacts with the dirt it'll kick up for seemingly no reason, with cultivators being able to overturn tractors if they kick high enough. Believe it or not even the harvesters are impacted, with header guides loving to dig into the ground and spin your machine out - the headers will never rip themselves free despite visibly pulling themselves off the machines, which is super weird. Much like with Farm Sim 19 you can work for others, unfortunately with Real Farm the jobs still run out and require a restart for new ones to (usually) become available. Some tractors have texture issues with their cabin glass, either partially blocking your view or in a couple cases having no glass. Achievement hunters, I can't give an estimate on hours to 100% as I've played this on and off on multiple saves, but say a minimum of 50 hours? The included achievements all work but are a pain to get with all the bugs you'll encounter along the way. I would not look at this as an easy +1 to your completed games count. Sooo yeah, I'd love to recommend Real Farm but I just can't. After having played the mostly bug-free Truck Driver I don't get how these guys messed this up so badly. They had a competent FS competitor on their hands but totally bungled it.
This games pretend to be a "Gold Edition" without wheel suport, not recommended.
Ausreichend! Bevor man einen eigenen Bauernhof bekommt soll man 350.000€ hinblättern. Dafür müssen wir Quest erledigen. Darlehns gibt es auch. Aber sie haben eine Grenze. 350.000€ bekommst du damit nicht zusammen. Kein Problem!
