God I wish slugcats were real :( Seriously though, this game is great in that it makes you play entirely differently from any other game I've played. Instead of fighting everything you come across, like you might expect like a game like this, you're forced to think like prey, and instead of teaching you most of it's mechanics upfront, you're forced to figure things out yourself. There are so many times when the game could just tell you what to do, but instead you have to piece your knowledge of the ecosystem together on your own, which feels much more satisfying.

such an otherworldly, special game. the gameplay is fun and the lore is interesting, but if you take the time to look around and listen, you'll find and immerse yourself in a huge world with so much detail and life in its every corner. even if you eventually become familiar with all of it, it never loses its charm. even after sticking with it for so long, looking back, it's almost like another reality i can switch to and lose myself in... the music is great. i hope as many people as possible give this game a fair chance.

Cool game, very hard. I cried a lot
