Its less of a game and more of a interactive work of art. Rain World is the most immersive game i've ever played that feels the least like a game. I used to think a good game should bring much entertainment. But when i played rw, the positive feedback wasn't strong. That doesn't means it's bad--i love it :3 Rw broke my standards for judging games. I found that even though i suffered a lot in game, i still wanted to open it next day, looking forward to exploring the world. And rw met my expectations. So if you approach it as a piece of art, maybe after suffering through death and long runs, you'll feel the connection between you and Rain World.;)
