Railroader

面白いです。ただし時間がある人向け。とにかく時間がかかるゲームという印象です。 まだ序盤だと思いますが、すでにゲーム内の１日を終えるのに実時間で6時間くらいかかってます。これからどんどん線路が伸びていくようなので、さらに時間がかかるようになりそう。 鉄道好きで蒸気機関車の仕組みや空気ブレーキの仕組みなどをある程度分かっていると最初の理解が早いと思います。 入れ替え操作をどう効率よく行うか考えるのがゲームのメインになるのかな？ 日本語対応していないので英語の説明文を理解するのに時間がかかりました。ヘルプやチュートリアルの日本語訳がコミュニティに上がっているので大いに参考にさせてもらいました。

Honestly such a great game. There is always something happening that requires your attention, you can spend so many hours playing it without realizing. Although the Updates are far & few between the modding support definitely makes up for it. 10/10

Love this game. I wasn't aware I love rail sandbox genre so much. I like transportation games like Transport Fever 2, operator games like Rail Route, or tycoon games like Railroad Tycoon 3. This one is different, slow, but gives me so much satisfaction!

Very good if you are a railfan like me who wants to run a railroad. Its a 20th century train game. Very good in my opinion.

With that joke aside, time for the more serious part of the review: After 522.8 hours on this, all I have to say that the game truly makes you feel like you're running your own railroad. With how you can pick and choose what industries to serve, the (as of now) good sized range of engines you can pick, and the simply amazingly recreated map of the Murphy Branch gives you that right fix of managing your own line. Apart from some visual issues (i.e. the tunnel to Dillsboro, tenders disconnecting at random) and a major performance issue due to the rolling stock, this is a damn good game for an early access. And, with the soon to release MoW update coming soon, this game is going to get a hell of a lot better.
