It’s fun but heavy pay to win with low reward It’s fun and really in depth but it’s heavily pay to win, they spam you with ads to buy their packs every time you go back to the Home Screen. The drop rates are incredibly minuscule. Once you obtain the super rare sacred/primal shards from obscenely heavy grinding or opening your wallet for their expensive packs you get lower rank champions a lot more commonly/frequently than you do legendary or higher ranks and it seems to be the same champions on repeat. The game heavily grind or pay to have a minute chance to obtain good characters just so you can progress in the higher difficulties. Only reason I played it was to get coins for duellum and once I get one more sacred shard I’m done with it thankfully and will not be back!

Big Issues Game SECURITY FOR HACK PREVENTION IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR THIS GAME … There is NO ACCOUNT PROTECTION AGAINST HACKING. You can louse you game history, stats. And ALL YOUR HERO’s THAT you have accumulated FLAT OUT WITH NO HOPES OF RECOVERY. One day your account is clear and good??? The very next day?? ALL IS GONE! It’s happened to me 5 times all ready. THAT IS WHY I NO LONGER PLAY THIS GAME… THIS IS A GENUINE HEADS UP TO ALL OTHER PLAYERS. YOUR ACCOUNT INFORMATION IS AT RISK!. True APP SUPORT ? IS NON EXISTENT!.

Hope you never have to update an email address I tried to update my email address for the Plarium ID because I had mistyped when entering it. In app, it requires confirmation code (which was sent to wrong email, hence the need to update it) and when I message customer support I got a runaround with no actual help. Requiring ridiculous excess info and heaven help you if you choose not to spend money on a free game, because on of the things they require is a receipt of your last purchase in the game. Also, hope you remember the month and year you got it because that’s a requirement too. Along with model of device you’re playing on, country and city it’s registered to and (the only reasonable thing they need) the account nickname and ID. Regardless of if you have the password for your account or anything. Screenshots of the account itself? Useless apparently. And a bit more context, I realized the email had been mistyped when I sent the first confirmation email. I sent the help request within 10 minutes of creating the Plarium ID. Absolute trash.

Long time player. Honestly I’m probably going to throw the towel in. Game is great, wonderful graphics. Literally everything you’d want for a mobile game. But I’ve made it to a competitive team clan. Not much to do with my account but max everything out and hit PVP harder. But ever since I’ve joined my clan I feel as if I punished for being a mostly F2P person. I spend roughly 30-50 a month which is insane to begin with but I pull nothing but trash champions. Or nothing but rares. I struggle in fusion events, and CvC to put in the amount they do. And at some point you have to ask what is all this worth. 5 yrs to behind new players, and whales. It’s exhausting and I think I’ve reached my point. If this is something you just want to do in down time cause you’re bored 5/5. If you take things competitively then it’s 3/5 unless you can spend dumb money. Truthfully it hurts to just call it quits after so long. But again it’s about time to throw the towel in.

Genuinely Good Game But… The game is great, it’s fun, absorbing, and full. The game is easy to pick up and has a rewarding story if you like 100% it. However, as good as the game is I have a few grievances. 1, this game is extremely grindy and it’s hard to get good characters early on without getting promo codes. 2, after level 20 it gets insanely hard to level up so it locks good leveling rewards behind a brick wall of grinding. 3, pvp is incredibly unbalanced, my team of one legendary and 3 rares is constantly put up against teams comprising of all level 60 legendaries in silver one. 4, I understand that this is a mobile game and it makes its money off in game packs, but getting any legendaries is basically locked behind a pay wall, so people with money to throw around get stacked teams early game. With less monetization a few leveling tweaks and pvp balancing this game would easily be 5 stars. Edit: August 5, 2026 These Devs listen, rebalancing for certain OP characters has happened, that being said this still remains 4 stars due to pvp and level balancing. I’ve kinda gotten over the pay wall but it still feels grindy. To the Devs directly, please try to get another collab with Assassin’s Creed, I missed the first event by one day.

What a joke X30 and still you won’t get what you select what a joke why even put that up in all my years of playing I have not got a selected champion. Your odds are not accurate. I’ve even pulled 3 legendary none of which the one I selected and after years why don’t you just take that away at least you won’t be making up fake odds. Every single other game out there like this one when you select a champion you actually get it. But plarium just wants you to think you will get it then not give it in attempt to get you to buy more shards to have it. Very shady and not practiced in other games.

Waste of time, money, and energy! money grabs Alliances that are not even alliances, no way to keep or make friends in-game, no direct messaging for players! As of today! This experience has provided more disappointment than pleasure!
