Game crashes every few minutes Been playing for a while, but lately the game crashes every few minutes and kicks you all the way out to my tablet Home Screen. Tonight game kicked me out 3 times in 15 minutes.

Horrible drop and upgrade rates during events! The House Always Wins! You have a .01% chance of getting a champion you want. Guaranteed that you will find more disparity when upgrading gear. This is by design to get you to spend money. Be smart! Watch others waste their time and money instead of wasting your own!

Bad customer service interface Great game, the customer service is lacking. They do not have a single way to actually call and speak to a real person if there is an issue. And any place that is to cheap to add that feature in I feels like genuinely doesn’t care to actually help its customers. I’ve had issues with the game for this reason. If they added this functionality I would give 5 stars

Spend or Stall I wanted to enjoy RAID because the gameplay, champion designs, and overall presentation are genuinely good. Unfortunately, the summoning system completely ruins the experience. The summon rates are incredibly low, and it feels like you’re constantly opening shards only to get duplicate rares or champions you’ll never use. The biggest issue is Mythical champions. While they’re technically obtainable for free, in reality they feel locked behind spending money because Primal Shards are so scarce for free-to-play players. The game heavily encourages buying crystals and shard packs if you actually want a realistic chance at getting one. Primal Shards are the only way to summon Mythical champions, with very low base odds. One of if not the worse rates in any game of this caliber. Instead of rewarding time and effort, it only seems to reward those who increase their revenue. For players? More like for the payers.

Game Promotes Bullying Raid can be a fun games at time while you progress through the game in campaign, and dungeons, but this game is absolutely toxic when you start playing classic arena, and live arena game modes. In those modes whoever spends the most wins the most. There has also been cheating scandals that the devs only took action when it was publicly made known on a large scale, but they never punished the cheaters. Now in their live arena mode they know that people can manipulate the kind of opponents people face by starting the live arena season late to face easier opponents, and they even went so far to encourage this behavior. Where I’m from picking on weaker people is considered bullying, and this shouldn’t be tolerated, but the devs think it’s fine. If you don’t mind spending to win or being bullied this could be the game for you.

Poor Customer Service Overall, I enjoyed the game but the customer service was slow to respond when they even responded at all. Poor handling of a paying customer.
