Race of Life - Act 1

Очень крутая игра в жанре визуальной новеллы для взрослых, приятные девушки, каждая со своим характером плюс в игре довольно необычный сюжет, а атмосфера уличных гонок с мини играми в виде переключения скоростей передач и выбора маршрута добавляет драйва, кайф! Игра оказалась одной из лучших представителей жанра а мой вкус. С нетерпением жду вторую часть. Отдельное спасибо за качественный русский перевод. P.S. ну и самое главное сцены для взрослых сделаны очень качественно, с душой и любовью.

[h2]Об игре:[/h2] Визуальная новелла с эротическим контекстом 18+. [h2]Отзыв:[/h2] Сюжет захватывающий и интересный, даже забыл, что он с содержанием для взрослых. Если убрать всю порнографию из игры, она не потеряет свою изюминку. Очень красочные и современные картинки. Ролики, как и у многих игр подобного жанра, зациклены на 2–3 секунды, то есть полноценных видео-заставок тут нет. Моментов интимных действий предостаточно, также последствия ваших решений незначительны, но меняют историю. Ну и ложка дёгтя в бочку мёда — сюжет неполный. Я такие игры называю демо-версией. [h2]Обновления:[/h2] Не считая того, что сюжет всего лишь наполовину, обновления не требуются. [h2]Рекомендация:[/h2] Обзор я напишу, как рекомендую, но к покупке — нет. Покупать полфильма и потом ждать кучу времени вторую половину — гадкое дело. Так разработчики наживаются на нас. Впредь буду внимательнее выбирать игры с пометкой «Act 1». Holy crap I was not prepared how real and close to home this story hits. I thought that it looked cool and it was gonna be about racing and cars. Man that only scratches the surface. I've only spent 2 actual hrs in the game, barely out of the intro and man I'm already in my feels. I'm not usually someone that leaves comments but I just had to come in here and give plaudits to the author. They absolutely nailed the writing, and did their homework and research. [Spoiler] I immediately was slapped in the face with the similarities to my own life. Its like the author was following me around for the last 10 years. I am an engineering/physics professional with a interest in cars and racing. I too am in my mid 30s going through a rough time in my marriage due to things finally slowing down and getting into some normalcy, causing weird hiccups and arguments, realizing maybe we haven't been the best partners. I too am absolutely abhorrent at writing reports and essays, and totally would use a English major to help me. I too have a child that was hospitalized due to an accident that caused a brain stem injury and I literally have been many of dr offices where yes, they do their best and keep the kid alive, but that's only half the battle. as parents you want to see your kid do their best to recover. and will do anything even experimental to get them back to something that resembles a normal life. Neuroplasticity is a real thing and the human brain is the most complex and least understood thing in the body. Kids who should be totally fine aren't, and those who aren't are totally fine. it makes no sense. I too have always been the reasonable, clear headed, quick thinking person in the relationship, I too have a dog and if we officially divorced, i too would have the apartment in the city while she kept the suburban house. And they are right, marriage counseling absolutely would have been helpful. it makes you see the other persons perspective more clearly. I swear the author must be recording me.[/spoiler] I can't wait to see what the rest of the story has for me. I cannot applaud the author enough for their diligence and research. If you are on the fence about buying this game because you think it may just be another AVN. Do it. buy it. you'll be surprised.

GET THIS. This one makes some mistakes, which straight up need to be put there first. Namely, the cardinal sin of an AVN: Preordained Partner.... this is a SIN imho for an AVN. I will die on one hill, re this genre: THE most important part of an AVN is the A bit. Adult. What differentiates the AVN from all other genres of games using the Visual Novel format. A in this case, Adult... means ADULT as in Adult Film, or Adult Bookstore. It does not mean Adult Themes. There are a ton of Games out there with Adult Themes, including some using the VN format, which include things like r*pe, muder, child abuse, war crimes, genocide, suicide, acute mental illness and litany of other themes which are definitely adult subject matter....yet which DO NOT have the NSFW or Sexual Content tags. Why? Because Adult in this case, means sexual content, sexually explicit content in fact. So an AVN is a VN with Sexually Explicit content. It oft creates negative feelings about the game, when that sexual content is not something one can immediately feel free to enjoy the moment it avails itself, because the Dev has stuffed you a loving relationship. It is an AVN SIN most terrible. IT CAN be done right, some games nail it by the Partner being a Cuckqueen sub voyeur ... but this game? NO, she is a needy clingy vibe killer. I just put that out there first. This chick is terrible, and it takes WAY too long to get rid of her. Why go off on that tangent in a review? Because for me, that was THE ONE flaw with this game. It had ONE potential 'Maybe" Chekov's Gun moment, with the Blonde neighbour....though it kind of did not either.... let us the gun fired.... but only... a partial round.... but still not enough of a thing for me to class even that as negative. Everything else about this game is great. It is one of the best AVNs on Steam. It has decent engaging story, strong characters, including Love Interests, genuinely feels like there is something at stake, multiple pathways with choices that matter at key times.... and yet, DOES NOT FORGET IT IS AN AVN... and the A game is strong. Compared to the VERY best in the genre, which either have even better deeper more immersive narrative, and just as much sex, or just as good a narrative with much more, and much better sex...this one...is perhaps one step down.... but even then I say it is STILL a 10/10 , 5 Star offering. One potential final scene with a .... flaming hot.... lady, whilst away at a conference.... is among the BEST adult scenes in any game ever, in terms of lighting, blocking, angles, perspective, pacing, and phasing, and bodes very very well for the already confirmed sequel. Big thumbs up. GET THIS ONE.

zdecydowanie godny przedstawiciel gatunku avn. rozbudowana, sensowna fabuła, ładna grafika, pełnokrwiste postaci, humor, dramat, sex & violence.. a na dokładkę pochwała europy, europejczyków i europejskości. minus znajduję jeden, za to duży - trzeba czekać las czasu na kontynuację. grałem i gram z przyjemnością. polecam

Doesn't run Properly.

Сюжет «сова на глобус», но, внезапно (!), вполне приемлемый. Диалоги с некоторыми персонажами даже не хотелось спидранить — читать интересно, но поверить в них тяжеловато. Как та же Алекса разговаривает с профессором (ГГ) — ну это, ♥♥♥♥♥, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ хамство и перегибы. Но это ладно, задумка автора. Выбор влияет — меняется мордашка в ключевых сценах и открываются секс-сцены. Есть клишированные сайд-сцены с альтушками с намёком на БДСМ, которые никуда не ведут — просто есть. Персонажи собраны из шаблонов и клише, но, ♥♥♥♥♥, умудряются выдавить хоть какие-то эмоции. Та же Ви с её пограничным между виктимным и манипулятивным поведением — хоть и занимает топ по количеству сцен, но реально бесит. Невольно симпатизируешь Жасмин, которая постоянно выбешивает Ви, хотя сама Жасмин — тот ещё набор штампов. В реальность такого безнаказанного троллинга профессора с такими пограничными состояниями со стороны студента верится с трудом - сомнительно, но окей. Набор персонажей по шаблону: бывшая-стерва, нынешняя-ебанутая, готушка, альтушка, секси-соседка, бимба-врач, раскрепощённая европейка (ага, ♥♥♥♥♥, прям из Берлина), озабоченная студентка, и даже асексуальная девушка-ботан без имени. Прям комбо. Модельки красивые, некоторые через чур «объёмные» в сиськах и бедрах — но это издержки жанра. Мы же за этим пришли на эту страничку. Отдельно стоит отметить перевод на русский. Вот это прям очень хорошо. Не Лев Толстой и не Виктор Пелевин, но язык живой, и многие приколы адаптированы под ру-перевод. Вызывают улыбку. P.S. Основная претензия: какого хера Маркграфский договор о разделе ландграфства Хахберг связан с Берлином? Ну как претензия — немного духоты в простыню с дифирамбами. В конце концов, это визуальная новелла с сиськами, а не Crusader Kings III. Оценка: 7/10 (сюжет и диалоги) и 8/10 (за реализацию).
