Experience the first four days of the Prologue, where FPS action meets quarantine inspection in post-apocalyptic Chicago. You’ve got 30 days until the army arrives. Hold out, fix your car, and fight your way to the main checkpoint to save your younger brother.
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. The player count below is how many people own it, not what they spent.
About
28 days ago, you got the call - your brother’s checkpoint had fallen. Now it’s surrounded by the dead.
He’s not like you. He’s a scientist, chasing a cure.
You’ve spent your life as a cop - fighting, surviving.
Now, to save him, you’ll need a reinforced ride and a plan to hand your own checkpoint over to the U.S. Army.
You’re the last surviving soldier at the only checkpoint still standing in the north of the city.
Your mission: save as many uninfected civilians as you can. If you let the infected slip out of Chicago, the entire world could fall. Hold the line. Buy more weapons and upgrade your defenses. The Army promises to arrive in 30 days - then comes the raid. You’ll fight your way through the ruins of Chicago to reach your brother… and try to save him at any cost.
Every survivor has a story - and they’ll tell it to you. But don’t believe everything you hear. Inspect each one carefully and decide their fate.
Will you let them pass? Hold them for a second screening? Or are they too far gone - and need to be eliminated?
The choice is yours.
First-person gameplay that blends inspection sim and zombie action.
Screen refugees with a full-body scanner and other tools to detect signs of infection.
Decide each refugee’s fate: clear them to leave Chicago, hold them in a quarantine room for observation, or eliminate them.
Head out from the base to clear infested zones.
Earn cash to buy weapons and repair your car for the toughest raid across a ruined Chicago.
Use special gear to find out if a survivor is infected or smuggling contraband. Personal inspections, scanners, and a range of devices will help you.
So will a good shotgun.
Zombie waves grow stronger by the day. Crawlers, Spitters, Aggressors, Marine Zombies… A good shotgun helps. But not always.
Repair your car and get it ready for the brutal run through Chicago to your brother’s checkpoint.
Save him—no matter the cost.

Honestly i played for and hour and i didn't experience no lag on the game so it has that factor going good for it. But someone already said it, it almost and exact copy of Quarantine zone: the last check. In this game though it will at least let you go outside of the area to get some kind of combat orientation with the world your in. The instructions are very limited to know how to inspect in this game. its okay but for now I'm going to wait to see if any further developments comes from the creator of this game.
Play it, not bad, it was interesting, Zombies looks good. A vareity as well. Thw controls can use ablt of work. But I like where this is headed

What is even the point of having devices to examine people if you can just spam Z endlessly and the character will basically tell you what is right and what is wrong? And there is barely any limit on how much you can do it. The quarantine system is also unbalanced as hell. Why limit the number of quarantine slots when there is already a strict money limit, especially when during the first few days you can barely examine people properly in the first place? Well, thanks to this demo, I now know I can safely remove the game from my wishlist because it is boring as shіt. I found myself wondering, if the demo is 17.75 GB, then how big is the full game? Then I saw that the full game is only 20 GB, which immediately raised another question... What is even the point of buying the full game? Does it actually have significantly more content than the demo? I also saw people in the reviews complaining about lag, but personally I did not notice any lag at all. Just so you know, I was playing the game on max graphics settings. I genuinely wonder what kind of PC you need to be playing on for a game this lightweight to actually lag.
The game shows what will happen in the main game. It's cool that it's free. I bought the sequel and didn't regret it. It's actually a good story for this genre. According to the gameplay. Zombies are good at shooting with any weapon. Especially with the help of qte, like John Wick)). The security check works perfectly! All the symptoms are done efficiently. In the sequel, the developers added a lot of symptoms and tools. Performance is normal, I turned on the dls and an average of 90 fps. Sometimes there are drawdowns of up to 85 fps, but this is when the crowd of zombies is rushing. The picture is very pleasant and atmospheric.
Honestly.. Its dope. But you need to play Quarantine Zone to know your symtoms. Some glitches but if you restart the day it's okay. Its just goat, so much action and if you dont love the action you can run away from 90% of the zombies.. but then there are the fast ones.. I would stream it without doubt if I didnt have social anxiety. 5 of 5 !
