So fun fact you can just press n in game to gain super speed. And then if you press it more times it makes you faster. And eventually even the menu in game will disappear with too many presses. Anyways still an interesting game
Хорошая игрушка, мне понравилась.
"Project Hunter" is I think some kind of student project, because it has many similarities with student projects that were published on Steam as if they were full PC games. But first, what is it? This is a thematic ripoff of Ridley Scott + H.R. Giger's Alien, with gameplay that blends stealth mechanics with a weak ripoff of Alien Breed. Right off the bat, Sega's decades older Alien vs Predator game already gives you the alien stealth experience, but from an immersive first person perspective, and as always, when a game is doing the same thing as a much older game, only worse, it's impossible to recommend to gamers. As for why I think this is a student project, well, it's all the same issues... it doesn't feel like a full, complete game, just enough to pass a course. It's riddled with bugs and lack of polish, so while it visually doesn't look awful, it plays awful. And just like student projects, this is completely unmaintained. The graphics in this game are passable, but could be better. And while it's vital for any game to have impressive visuals (gaming is a visual medium, after all), there's more to a game than just the graphics. To be worth a gamers time, the game must match top tier visuals with top tier gameplay, and that's not happening here. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. Most "free" games on Steam aren't really free. There's usually some kind of monetisation, from nasty mobile app cash shops, or content locked behind DLC, or donations being requested, to any other number of shady pricing schemes that could mislead gamers, but in this case I'm glad to say this really does appear to be a fully free game. Nothing demonstrates a developers belief in themselves and their work than giving it away without any remuneration. This is a service to themselves, and the gaming industry, and should be applauded. Of course, just because something is free, doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable, or something you might want to spend your time on. In terms of public reception, this failed. There's over 130 million unique gamers visiting Steam every month. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 8 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Pass on this one. There's no immediate financial commitment, but there are thousands of more compelling games on the platform that will give you a lot more enjoyment for your time.

(There will be big spoilers in this review but honestly I just talk about gameplay and it really doesn't matter if you know it or not). I was just bored and scrolling through the free to play section of steam one day until I found this. I thought it looked cool and even though I had my doubts as it looked like a ripoff Alien game, I still enjoyed it. So basically you play as the alien who gets stronger and newer abilities the more elixir you pick up (yes, from Clash of Clans, this game is so original). At the beginning you are a little baby alien who is super weak so you have to sneak up on your enemies from behind in order to kill them. This phase is probably my least favorite but the stealth is pretty fair. I'd just recommend not sticking around to kill everyone as this games biggest problem is that every enemy and elixir respawns when you die leading to really annoying or frustrating gameplay. Also as a baby alien or even an edgy teenage alien you can't attack enemies from the front so you have to base your entire gameplay on stealth where if you get caught you are forced to run. This gets improved later on when you get to the surface but the stealth and overall mechanics like with trying to hit the exploding barrels can seem very clunky throughout the whole game along with a couple bugs that can literally force you to restart and respawn every enemy back again. After you stealth your way through the facility you will eventually make your way up to the surface where I'd say the game actually peaks. You may have to start through it with your dumb teenage phase but after you eat enough elixir you will enter your Chad adult phase which is my favorite in the whole game. The abilities in the game are really well made and trend well through every phase you go through as your strategy changes. Now as an adult you can plant C4 on dead bodies as well as hit enemies from the front. This completely changes the gameplay from being a weakling into an actual menace who can start fighting back against your enemies. And even though you can still use your same dash, spit, and invisibility abilities as before, they completely change how you use them, making new and fresh gameplay which is probably what this game perfects in my opinion. After a while of slaughtering you will finally enter your last and most deadly phase of all, the dragon phase (because after you're an adult, you just turn into a dragon… obviously). Unfortunately the egg ability doesn't work anymore but now your spit ability lets you spit fire and getting kills with your main attack heals you which basically lets you run into groups and slaughter all of them which does make the egg ability kinda useless. This is very satisfying and all but now that you are basically unkillable all you gotta do is beat the game… or well… if you can find it. I know a lot of this game is jank but the map is just total garbage. It is just a small mini map that lets you see maybe a room or 2 ahead and while it's fine in the first half of the game, it is absolutely useless in the second half which is where more than half of the gameplay is. I almost just stopped playing because I had no idea how to get to the end but I eventually found it and it was pretty cool I'd say. But in conclusion, I really liked the game, and also it was free so you may as well see if you like it. I really feel that with some developer support as well as polish the game could be great but as it currently is, it's only fine and if you really aren't meshing with the game, I wouldn't mind you quitting. Just make sure to get to stage 3 as that's the best stage easily unless you're into being a dragon.
honestly its not amazing not the best game ever but it was decent for what it was
very fun, and free, plus aliens!
fiquei preso em algumas partes e não consegui sair, tirando isso é divertido, só me incomodou eles darem muita liberdade em um certo momento, tinha que ir para vários lugares e voltar, o que e bem chato com a velocidade de movimento do jogo
