About
Survive the void. Control a wisp of pure energy in this roguelite bullet-hell survival game. Chain lightning through swarms of primordial entities, level up with powerful upgrades, and fight to stay alive long enough to discover the secrets!
A great reason to buy this game is that it is incredibly refund-friendly. You start off extremely weak but you'll know in under ten minutes whether or not you want to become strong. If you do, you'll enjoy access to limitless power. If you don't? No hard feelings. It's not going to be a different game on your second hour.
When I first came up with the idea for drag and drop movement in a survivorslike game, I didn't think it would work.
And honestly, the first few attempts, it did not work.
But something made me try again and again, it became a code kata.
You are a wisp of creation in a futile struggle against life itself.
Lightning emanates.
Lightning prioritizes.
Chain lightning is your main ability. While you've got an aura and you can discover powerful spells such as comet, blizzard, fireball, magic missile, prismatic ray, and many others, chain lightning is your constant friend as the Will o'Wisp.
Make wise choices.

Very nice click and drag entry into the roguelite genre. The graphics are simple but fun, and the audio is pretty engaging / reactionary. Stage 1 felt a bit slow at first, but that's the power progression. By the 3rd or 4th attempt I was starting to see a big damage impact and cleared the stage to the exit portal. Be sure to spend your essence!
I am become lightning incarnate. Shockingly fun incremental roguelite with a simple premise and absolutely addicting gameplay.
very satisfying and addictive
I rather enjoy this one, while the art is rough around the edges, the mechanics make it different enough from other games in the genre and you can easily sink a good amount of time into it.
Primordio is a unique survivor-like game where you are a wisp floating around an abstract landscape filled with ambiguous creatures. You kill stuff to release exp, grab exp to level up, level up to upgrade your stats, and upgrade your stats to kill more stuff, then after each run you spend essence to get meta-upgrades and make yourself stronger for the next run. This is the standard loop for the genre, but Primordio adds a couple of unique twists: 1. You move by dragging and dropping yourself. It sounds weird, but works surprisingly well, and can allow you to weasel your way through tiny gaps in the enemies to find a safe place to park. 2. "Words of power" are a unique, fun mechanic where you find runic words floating around the void, which you can eventually inscribe to add different effects to your game. Some are just stat boosts, some make the game harder while giving you bonus exp or essence, some add completely new mechanics to the game, and a few make you totally overpowered. Each run, you can choose which ones to inscribe depending on the type of game you want to play. 3. When you get too strong or max out your meta-upgrades and can't progress further, you can reset most of your bonuses while keeping some meta-meta-upgrades, allowing you to go further than you did before. 4. The atmosphere is unique, abstract, and strangely relaxing, and once you get strong enough, you can play some parts of the game like an idler, just watching your wisp zap everyone around, or participate actively by casting spells and searching for bonuses.
A very simple premise, but very addicting. Never been a 'one more run' kind of person but I just keep starting a new run right after another. It probably has something to do with how with every run you learn and get just a bit better, but in a very noticeable but simple way so you want to 'go again' to push it just a bit further. The meta-progression definitely aids in this matter, but it never really feels like the meta-progression is what is catapulting me further(like way too many roguelites are guilty of where it feels like you are arbitrarily stat-checked until you've put x amount into y stat), it is the efficiency of movement and upgrade priorities/timings that's getting me massive run gains. I didn't really expect much when I got it, but I'm having a ton of fun
「♥Primordio♥」
