Looking back at the first demo they released back in 2017 really shows just how far this game has come. The animations are gorgeous, all the animal designs are lovely, the growth of animals from hatchling to adult is adorable. We have Nigel Marven narrating to us about each species! It's everything I've ever wanted from a prehistoric park keeping game. Back when early access came out performance was very rough, but it has improved vastly, and only looks better too. I absolutely trust these devs to deliver whatever they have in store for 1.0 next year. Highly recommended if you're willing to accept it is still currently early access and there can be bugs.
best dino game ever i am going to play for ever
apenas não jogo extremamente mal otimizado, computadores com configurações menores não rodam bem o jogo além de outros fatores como as vezes o jogo só travar
This has the potential to be not just the best dinosaur park game, but one of the best theme park games, period. It really leans into the management side of things and throws actual challenges at players that they'll have to overcome. Staff have a lot of different tasks to juggle and skills to take advantage of, and guests and animals have a wide variety of needs that you'll have to meet if you want to get the most out of your park. Even the logistics is simulated in this game, and you will have to purchase food for animals and merchandise for guests, as well as have a way to get it to its destinations if you expect to see any use out of it. There are deep building and terraforming mechanics for those who enjoy that kind of thing, but I like how easy it is to make beautiful habitats and a beautiful park without needing a PhD in architectural design. Animals, staff, and guests are quite lively and animated as well. It can be quite entertaining to slow down for a moment, take in the sights of your park, and think, "Huh, I made this possible." With a very passionate dev team behind it, things can only get better from here.
10 Hours In and I'm Honestly Impressed As a big fan of Jurassic World Evolution, I didn't expect to enjoy Prehistoric Kingdom this much. The first thing that stood out to me was the building system. It gives you way more freedom than Jurassic World Evolution, but at the same time it doesn't feel as complicated or frustrating as Planet Zoo. I spent hours just building habitats and decorating areas without even noticing the time pass. The animal models look great, the animations are smooth, and there's a crazy amount of customization. Every enclosure feels like your own creation instead of something copied from a template. What surprised me most is that some of the game mechanics actually feel better thought out than games made by much bigger companies. You can tell the developers are passionate about dinosaurs and park-building games. I did run into a lag issue after about 10 hours of gameplay, but honestly it wasn't a big deal. Just restarted the game and everything was back to normal. If you're a Jurassic World Evolution fan and wish you had more freedom to build, this game is definitely worth a try. If you like Planet Zoo but prefer dinosaurs over modern animals, you'll probably love this too. For me, this is easily one of the best dinosaur park builders out there right now, and I can already see myself spending a lot more hours in it.
Very good game. Essentially more autistic than JWE. For those that played JWE but want a more in depth experience. I made a Cenozoic stone age theme park in britain. Mammuths and Pappuths.
I love this game so much, the team is doing an outstanding job. They do inform us all about upcoming updates, new features and content, bugfixes and so on. I have nothing bad to say about the game and the studio. They do it with passion and a lot of care, you can tell. Also I love that the dinosaurs and the Plants and all are highly realistic with the animals also being very scientifically accurate. That is really immersive in my opinion and the graphics are also very very pretty. A childhood dream game come true, really, that is what it is for me.
If you want something a bit more accurate about dinosaurs then Jurassic World, but with all the fun of making a zoo/park dedicated to them (and other prehistoric animals) then this game is for you. Interesting scientific facts (as up to date as the game allows) mixed in with nice graphics and real animal like behaviours. A wonderful game for a dinosaur lover.
