Powers of Hex

This is very well made game that would feel at home in any 80's arcade. Quite challenging so not for the faint of heart but great fun and so satisfying when you beat the levels. It does have a bit of a bullet hell vibe to it so you better be good at dodging or shooting down projectiles. Overall 9/10 Might give a more Comprehensive review when i have beaten all the levels :D

(Less Important Stuff) : The art style is reminiscent of the 80's video game genre and I personally do quite enjoy this art style, Lore good game good lore me quite enjoy lore. (Actually important stuff) : Nature Level : I quite enjoyed playing through the nature level it wasn't too difficult and the gimmicks weren't too annoying. Fire Level : The jumps aren't too difficult it was just the fireballs that got annoying, granted you could've blown them up but that'd just make more obstacles you'd need to dodge while mid air trying to jump the gaps. Time Level : The Eyes at the start are stopping me from progressing, they take large number of hits to take out and by the time you take them out you run out of time and die instantly. if you try to jump around them they see you and run at you mach 10 speeds and knock you back and forth until you perish annoying to get past. Electricity Level : Nothing to bad here compared to the past two I just spoke about overall one of the more balanced levels. Metal Level : The Ball of metal that bounces around your screen that is invulnerable does nearly your entire health bar when you get tickled by it and its quite annoying to dodge that and all the level hazard, doesn't help that more of them progressively get added to the level as you progress, at a certain point i couldn't progress further cause i am just bad i guess Ice Level (late addition to this review): The enemies that spawn bombs are easy to avoid but the bombs on the other hand aren't so easy to avoid the bomb can damage boost you when on ice into spikes and sometimes even throwing you from under the water directly into the ice spikes and end your life in 1 blow! Overall though quite a fun game you can play this game while you are waiting on something else to finish or if you want a challenge! i didn't find any bugs in the 67 minutes of playtime i spent on it at the time of this review but I'm sure ill probably find a few if i search for them! (another late edit to the review so when you exit the screen all enemies that you've killed respawn so when you kill all enemies in the area and then go back into said area by knockback escpecially in the ice level you will be bombarded with enemies!)

Hard but mostly fair game that plays a lot like megaman. Not for everyone, but an above average game for it's target audience. Play on easy unless you have patience or infallible reflexes. Very stable and smooth framerate with a very clean presentation. Looks slightly better in motion than the demo video on steam.

Para ser salvo es necesario dar el paso y hacer una entrega sincera a Cristo con un corazón arrepentido abandonando el camino de pecado yendo ahora por el camino de Dios que es camino de santidad, sin la cual nadie verá a Dios. Éste es el comienzo de una vida nueva porque en Cristo Jesús nacemos de nuevo: “De modo que si alguno está en Cristo, nueva criatura es; las cosas viejas pasaron; he aquí todas son hechas nuevas” (2 Corintios 5:17). 재밌는데 좀 빡친다.... ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

though i didn't beat a level yet the gameplay remidns me a lot of megaman and sofar the only issue i had is the level entry sosund didn't work for me but either way fif you like challenging games go ahead and enjoy

이거 재밌음 처음하는 사람은 무조건 CASUAL (이지난이도)로 하세요. 제가 똥손이라 그런지 모르겠는데 CASUAL은 그래도 체크포인트랑 난이도가 할만한 정도였습니다. 이지모드여도 까시 밟으면 체력 상관없이 무조건 체크포인트에서 다시 시작이라 은근 어렵습니다. 그리고 처음에 시작하는 원소 (메탈, 시간, 자연, 전기, 불 등)는 공격스킬이 아니라 맵 종류입니다. 공격은 SHIFT로 사용 가능해요. 투사체 상쇄시켜서 막을 수 있긴한데 은근 어려움 이 게임 컨트롤 게임 좋아하는 사람한테 딱임

This game is defined by one word suffering. Developer why do you hate us?

This game is a slog to get through. Not only is it a crappy knock off of Megaman, the music is screechy and repetative, and the difficulty is horifically unbalanced. Casual makes the bosses absolute jokes, but the stages stay challenging, Normal and Hard make the bosses absurdly difficult and the lead up to them even more punishing than usual. There are also hundreds upon hundreds of instant death tiles all over every single level. It really feels like the levels were only designed that way to increase playtime. I'd highly recommend avoiding this.
