Tried to get an internship, came back with a flyer of this game. 10/10 would apply again. P.s. Fun and challenging game, even against A.I.
I really enjoyed my time with Powargrid and think it's a neat little game, that might not necessary be easy to convay with a steam store page. I've made a nice first look video as the devs were nice enough to provide me with a code before release if you'd like to watch that here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pONroXA7IQk that I go over the mechanics and basics of the game, and you can see me get horribly beat by the AI :( If you'd like a simple, yes or not answer to if you should pick this game up I'd recommend it highly. The pricing is perfect at either the 20% off at 7.99 or the full $9.99 price. I'd still recommend checking the video out so you can see the mechanics and how the game practices difficulty in simplicity.

Amazing game! Have had and still am having tons of fun!
fun strategy, silly dialog, 5/5
Charming little strategy game.
Very nice game
Excellent game. Simple without being uninteresting, genuinely laugh-out-loud funny, without trying too hard. It took me hours to get through the campaign on Normal difficulty, but I think the difficulty is just right. Only on one level did I feel that I actually needed to be really lucky to make it through. For $10, this game is a steal.
I was given the chance to play this game while still in Beta. Good to see that they managed to get the game to what it is now. I especially like the skirmish mode, where you get to try new tactics every time after you get your *ss kicked by the AI. At first glance it may not look that complex, but once you let the clever AI step up it's game you can end up overthinking every move trying to blow up it's power sources.
A great game with a great amount of content, The game teaches you how to progress in a very fun and interesting way! The story is great, (so far) and the levels keep getting challenger, altho some appear to be pretty unfair at the start, with a proper strategy it shouldn't be impossible! Also dev. is a very cool person ;)
A strategy game with with an intriguing concept, and an engaging story. It makes a good attempt to do "easy to learn, hard to master". Unlike most that make that claim, this one could be right, but it fails because we don't get the chance. There is a cartoony storyline, which works very well because a) it's a bit of fun that has no impact on the game and b) you can skip it completely. The strategy is challenging without crossing the line into "I can't be bothered" Good, simple, strategic turn based fun. And, the negative points: Orange is a bit too rude Under-expansive - I beat the wyrm and orbital bombardment, how can I now use them? Too short . More please.
