PolyRunner VR is an addictive, high-quality experience that tests your skills against an other-worldly, ever-changing landscape rather than testing your ability to maintain control of your stomach. This engaging virtual world offers more interesting, challenging terrain the further you progress.

Simple; left, right, dodge, and bask in the geometry of vectors of polygons. Short, replayable, good for an experience that you feel bored and playing something simple. Played with the Vive, i had look-to-fly controls, works perfect, motion controllers didnt work though even though store page says motion controller support, I used my Steam Controller instead.

"Poly Runner VR" is highly likely to be an asset flip of Deer Cats "X-Racer" asset, which you can see on the Unity asset store here: https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/templates/x-racer-35344 It's just an endless runner, and it looks like a few of the shapes and things and the ship you fly were reskinned, VR capability added... all that's missing is the ridiculous price tag as asset flippers usually like to get paid for stealing the work of others. I mean maybe I'm wrong and they made this from the ground up... and all their effort resulted in something identical to a Unity Asset Store game demo kit. Whew... time to leave the industry either way. If you take this seriously as a game (you should not), it's a train wreck. In terms of visuals, this features fairly low quality low poly 3D visuals which will deter a lot of gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and while some developers struggle with creating high quality visuals, failing to do so is a disservice to gamers. It's very difficult to recommend bad looking games. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. This is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good. Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 8 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off.
I love this game but if I had to give it a rating out of 5, it would be 3/5, and that is because on the quest 2 using the wired link it just randomly pauses like it says it is paused and only unpauses by pressing a random button on my controller that is different each time. When the game works it is amazing, however the sudden pausing takes me out of the action.
Puntaje: 6/10 - Recomendado
Bueno, lo que hace, lo hace bien... es divertido pero muy simple. Es un endless runner de un avioncito. Podría haber tenido un scoreboard, misiles, enemigos y otras cositas, pero bueno. Fun game, works well with VRidge and S7 :)
works well with xbox controller - not so much with head movements. Agree with other comments here that the first level is too bland. This is a good concept that could be good with more development - things to shoot and bomb for example.
This "game is extremely basic. Without the VR gimmick it'd be a browser game of some sort. There is no controller integration for the Vive hand controllers. So the only way to move is by tilting your head. Unfortunately this creates a harsh sensation of Nausia. 3 out of 3 people who tried this with me were motion sick within just a few minutes. Do not pass go, do not collect $200. At this point the game is just shovelware from the launch of the Vive. Lucid Sight is simply trying to pad their portfolio by claiming this software. Don't feel bad for them.
