No fun. Collecting is fun, but playing the actual game is more annoying than anything else. The coin flipping is so rigged. They do not even hide it. The CPU will get heads every time and you will get tails. Fell asleep? Might as well just quit. They made a card game that has no more progression. Its just “win a coin flip”. Dont waste your money or your time.

AI is everywhere One of the current events is fighting against an AI opponent and I don’t even want to open the game anymore because of it. I am so sick of AI being in everything and forced down my throat. What a bloated waste of energy and expense and for what? Some digital art in an app? Gross.

Good, for 10 minutes. During your first play through you get hit with pack after pack, and then you build your first deck, and it’s actually fun, but only for a little bit. The first few battles you fight you can’t lose. You just constantly win, even in versus mode which is not against ai, and it’s fun for like 7 battles. After that seven, you get thrown into a loop of constant loss. I’m level 6 and I keep on getting paired with level 44 - 55 players. And you can’t even get new cards to make your decks better because after those seven battles there is just no way to get those “hourglasses” anymore. At first I thought maybe my deck was just bad, but I tried every rental and every pre-made pack, auto-pack, nothing worked. I had a 7 win streak, and it suddenly jumped to a 20 loss streak. I bet if I bought premium right now, I would suddenly coincidentally start winning every match, even with the same old decks and suddenly start pulling my best cards on round one. I can’t even win against the second easiest bot?! And I only win against the actual easiest like half the time, only when I get my good cards. This game is rigged, a cash grab, and has no other purpose than to take your money. You’d be better off spending real money on actual Pokémon cards and actually playing with real Un-rigged people than downloading this garbage.

Coin flip and wonder pick odds are awful, never been worse!!!!!I am an everyday player, but it’s BAD Fix the coin flips odds!!!

Reduced hit rate This game has not been fun at all recently, they updated pack rarity 2 packs ago and i haven’t a hit in over 30 packs. Seriously no point in opening the app anymore.

Expert battle RNG The RNG has always been extremely overtuned in the CPU’s favor with expert battles, but it’s way more noticeable with how quick and powerful modern pocket decks have gotten.

No dark mode It took a long time for iOS to add dark mode. It should not take as long for this app!

Rng based No skill honestly required. The game is fully based off of rng and if you start off with bad hands thab there’s a great chance lf you just flat out losing the game.

Constant app crashes This app would be amazing if it didn’t crash after every three cards or so that got played by either person. That’s really all that needs to be said. It has gotten to where I cannot even attempt ranked battles because of the constant app crashes
