Lost account I had issues downloading an update so I uninstalled the app and went I went to login back after redownloading the app, it said my account couldn’t be found. I have emailed support for 2 weeks now and they haven’t been able to help. My account and the last 9 months of progress have been lost. Very frustrating.

Slow The app goes very slow. When I open the pack, it always kicks me out. Or when I try to collect a mission reward, it would take about 3 minutes for it to let me get my prize. It was fun but it took me forever to do it. Thanks!

AI Sucks No matter what you do this game gets more ridiculous. It wants you to win 5 in a row and when you get 4 or 5 in all of a sud den your cards don’t pop up and you’re given a horrible hand but AI get everything it needs. I get making a game a little more entertaining but make it fair. 50% coin flip would be great but you end up getting a 1/10 while AI gets all the flips it needs.

horrible RNG and Horrible Gatcha system This game has some of the worst and least optimized gameplay I’ve every seen. You make a deck thinking oh yeah this would be a good idea and decide to use it on an event but then the AI get the best RNG you’ll ever see and you have to sit there ad reset till you FINALLY get a good hand. The Gatcha system is broken as well, you’ll hit a pack 10 times and get about 10 new cards out of a set when you would think you get about 50 new cards. They “updated” the engine in the game but i just runs slower and makes things take longer then they should now. Ive been playing since day one and all this game has tried to do the whole time is farm time and engagement. Don’t download it if you value your time. The only good thing i can say about this game is it has no ads but i feel like thats a pretty low bar for a good mobile game

Same Pokémon each wave… At first this game was fun, opening new packs and getting new cards, but I quit after a while because every new pack series was the same 20 Pokémon just in different art styles. There are hundreds of Pokémon in the games and I would have thought there would have been a greater variety by now. I understand the collecting aspects of the game but I enjoy deck building games for the strategy they bring. Getting a fancy looking card with the same stats as another card of the same Pokémon from the same set is worthless to me. Bring more strategic variety to the game and stop worrying so much about card art. This is the same insanity that is ravishing the physical products from the stores. And a side note to you scalpers hording cards in real life so that kids can’t have the joy of getting them, go screw yourselves.

Completely luck based battles You rarely lose because of a skill issue. Everything is based on if you can pull your EXs fast enough, and otherwise, you can just be screwed. I never feel like I outsmart an opponent, just that I get luckier

Fun, but incredibly frustrating and difficult to complete sets If you are like me and enjoy putting together fun decks to battle the computer and other players, then don’t pay extra for the premium pass. Even with the extra pack each day, it is extremely tough to put a full set together and even tougher to get doubles to build your deck around. I thought the premium pass would allow me to complete a set on my own, but you will absolutely have to rely on trading. And getting multiple of the 2nd stage Pokémon is tough, let alone the EX Pokémon. Even more frustrating, although the wonder pick odds should be 20%, my real odds are far less than that. I almost think Nintendo has purposely added code to lower the odds. I have opened 73 packs of the 72 card Team Rocket series and am still missing 1 EX card. And I have now failed to wonder picking that card 10 times now. And there are several one and two star Pokémon that I haven’t even pulled. Great game, but I wouldn’t advise spending real money until they can guarantee better pull rates or something to make it worthwhile. I had the same experience without the premium pass. As I said before, great game but frustrating beyond belief. Pleeease make it less frustrating Nintendo. I am not giving my money away for a game that makes me so angry.
