was good but now…. It was a really good game that my dad and i have been playing for quite a few years. unfortunately there are many paid features which is very frustrating and just feels like a cash grab atp.

Horrible support and buggy The game has some continually fun features, but undisclosed rates for shinies, continual bugs locking you out of the game and wasting resources, and support that boldly lies about raids and other in-game issues before closing tickets make for a poorly-run and poorly-managed app.

No customer support 300+ hours in this game. There have been bugs in this game that have plagued the core mechanics for YEARS and niantic refuses to even acknowledge the game has issues. All they do is add more Pokémon to try and get you to spend more money. It’s all about extracting as much money as they can from the customer without trying to make their experience any better. I don’t understand how or why so many people pour all their money into this game to keep it alive why they try so hard to screw over the customer. It’s mind boggling. If any game had half the issues this game did, they wouldn’t have made it past their first year in operation

This game is horrible I was playing it from day one, but every year they added more Pokémon and made things more expensive. This game also does fake promises.

Rigged and pay to play 9/10 battles in the go league start out with a 4x type disadvantage forcing you to immediately switch. Of course the opponent always has another 4x type advantage to your counter so you lose before the battle even starts because of the hand picked match making that guarantees a loss that you can’t prevent.

Pikachu I am so sick of seeing Pikachu everywhere. They’re not good Pokemon for battles and I couldn’t care less about the dozens of hats he wears. The game isn’t fun if 70% of the Pokemon I catch are lightning and useless.

Dont buy remote raid passes Just did 5 lunala remote raid passes and it gave me four 2star lunalas and the 5th broke out of every poke ball. Absolute robbery i want my $10 back

Catch rates in raids It’s unfair how you can guarantee catching a shiny legendary from a raid but not guaranteed to catch a perfect if one appears from a raid I did a sogaleo raid and a perfect spawned and I only did excellent throws with golden razzberries and it ran which is so unfair.

No response and never helps I’ve played this game for a very long time and i rarely run into problems but this time i ran into a trading problem me and my buddy traded pokemon thinking we can trade them back it did not warn us that they where special and that they could not be traded back I wrote to the support waited the 24 hours and there was no response and to make it worse I’ve gone to the website face book and the support team there sucks just as much
