I DONT WANT TO ENABLE ADVENTURE SYNC The app prompts you to enable adventure sync to track you 24/7 every time you log in. It only gives you the option to accept you cannot dismiss it. Then it takes you off screen into your settings. Every time you login you have to do this it’s absurd.

To hard to start off I’ve been playing for a couple years and still have a 94 cp charmander how do you evolve do you just play 24 7 please tell me how to get candy’s quicker oh and I feel like I can’t progress unless I pay money so tell me how do you evolve your Pokémon and I feel like I run out of pokeballs often please fix that and I think the team rocket people are a bit to hard for beginners I lost with a 1002 cp mega bedrill which I caught without evolving it so ya can go make it a bit easier to start off

Raids Remote Raid Passes are now too expensive and they need to be reverted back to their original price. Not to mention the Mega Mewtwo Raids that happened where people would join lobbies and then leave at the last second, costing some of us our raid passes which was extremely unfair. And on top of that the New York event where few people got an extremely good Mewtwo meanwhile the rest of us got nothing is why this game is so bad now.

Issues Please fix the go deluxe July it’s stuck on level 49 I didn’t pay to not get my rewards 😞

Out of touch company Don’t bother with this game. Scopely only cares about catering to the top 1%, not the every day trainer that built this game into the power house that it was. Expect to grind countless hours to maybe get a coveted rare pokemon, only for an even rarer pokemon to be handed out for free to those they choose. I only wish I could give them less than 1 star

Lagging and kicked/crashing out of raids The performance of Pokémon go is terrible and it makes your phone hot and lag a lot to the point where doing raids is Impossible and Pokémon is uncatchable and ive lost over 5 legendary Pokémon I could’ve gotten but the game just crashed and I wasn’t able to join back in the raid

Worst customer service ever HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! I have not been able to get my daughters account to work for almost a month! I have contacted Niantic multiple times in multiple ways! No one is helping, they just keep telling me to do the same thing uninstall and reinstall! I have done this literally 12 times! I have deleted the cache! I have even fully factory reset the tablet! I have even tried on other systems like a cell phone and I get the same thing! Nothing is working. The game closes every time I click to log in! This company is terrible! They don’t help anyone! I have provided my email and phone number. They refuse to reach out and help! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. The game says reach contact customer service but customer service doesn’t do ANY!!!!!!!!!

Support not responding Support used to be helpful but now it's just an AI that doesn't actually do anything. Not spending another penny on this game til they bring back real human support agents, considering how often it crashes or glitches out

Money grubbers 😡 Its just become more of a cash grab at this point. They’ll do anything for money
