Removal of great features they keep removing the features that kept me playing the game such as free boosted shiny rates and rocket balloons.

Guarantee catch Good game don’t get me wrong but I feel like if you waste an expensive remote raid pass you should be guarantee the catch or at least give us more balls for the catch feels point less doing the raid if we aren’t even guaranteed it yk 🫩

Hacked Account Absolutely terrible customer support. My Pokémon GO account was stolen after someone changed my login information. I spent an entire week going back and forth with support, only to be told they weren’t going to help me recover my account. The most frustrating part is that I provided extensive proof that the account was mine. I gave them the information they requested and did everything I could to verify ownership, yet they still refused to assist. Instead of investigating the situation, I received generic responses that felt automated and dismissive. I’ve invested years of time and money into this game, only to find out that if your account is compromised, you may be left on your own—even when you can prove it’s yours. This has been one of the worst customer support experiences I’ve ever had, and I can’t recommend a game that treats its players this way.

Frustrating Legendary pokemon are far too hard to catch. This game just wants you to spend money on remote raid passes when your local attempt fails. It’s tough for a kid with limited resources to play this game.

Forced Tracking It forces you to do Adventure Sync to track you and sell your data.

Pay-to-win go Do pokecoins seriously have to cost money? I can’t believe how greedy you guys are. You literally have to pay to catch more pokemon. That is an absolute ripoff. Pokemon you are so greedy and money hungry. Plus, you are the biggest franchise in the world. You should have at least a million dollars. How could you possibly want more!!!??? You guys are greedy, greedy, greedy. And I’m sure TONS of people would agree with me. I have never seen a more money hungry company. Plus, this game is bad, too. It’s a bad graphic ripoff and poor excuse for a pokemon game. You need to pay for more pokemon and bag storage??? I can’t believe you guys. Does everything in this stupid game have to cost this much money!!!????? You’re the most greedy and money hungry company in the world and this game proves it. Anyone who leaves a five star review and praises this game clearly doesn’t know anything about the game. Never supporting this company again.

Malicious Game Mechanics I really enjoy this game, but the latest updates are really awful - the super mega raids should not allow you to start if you don’t have the minimum required raiders to win. It just wastes your money with no reason behind it. It’s either malicious or lazy, and neither of those should be rewarded.
