Do not use! I downloaded this game for my 5 year old and was buying her extra Pokémon balls. When I was going through the process the amount listed was $4.99 but the app tried to charge my card $50. Immediately deleted the app!

TERRIBLE!!! They’ve removed my negative review…why? They can’t seem to handle the truth about their prod t being terrible and flat out garbage! To get to the next and last level I have to win 80 PvP battles…the very thing about this game that sucks the most. Why would I want to play in a place controlled by an algorithm that F’s you up so badly, allows cheating on a large scale…they’ve never address the cheating of opponents freezing the game and winning that way or of how opponents see your whole team and the I’ve sets you have to gain unfair advantages. On top of this the algorithm will put you in matches with hard counters just to stifle any win streaks you may have. Eg. Win 4/5 twice or three times then you lose 15 in a row with ppl with hard counters to your team. The events are lackluster at best and I will drag my feet to complete the necessary evils to get to level 80 just to get it over with, but there’s no enjoyment in any of this. When game play is fair and the publish the algorithm for all to see, maybe I’ll write a review they won’t take down. One things for sure, this review will be removed in a few hours without being seen by many naive newbies that think that they’re just selecting bad teams in PvP. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE LESS My account was hacked some time ago and I reached out to try and recover it and had explained that what happened I was met with multiple emails that just kept repeating that I violated terms and agreements once again I haven’t been in control of the account for 3 + years at this point and I get met with an email that said that they will be ignoring my further emails COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY never buying anything again and I’ve been a life long fan

Annoying Updates There has to be a way to optimize updates so that I don’t have to download one almost every time I open the app. I’m a causal player and open the app a few times a week when i’m out and have a second of downtime, but have to go through the update and download so often, most of the time I just close it because I can’t be bothered to do it again.

ROBBERY OF YOUR MONEY You can pay your hard earned money for remote raid passes to obtain the pokemon you need for battles; do everything right. Beat the Raid Boss, connect on EVERY THROW OF EVERY POKEBALL WITH AN “EXCELLENT THROW” AND STEAL ALL YOUR GOLDEN AND SILVER BERRIES YOU WORKED HARD TO OBTAIN… and simply watch the Raid Boss happily, QUICKLY jump out of EVERY SINGLE THROW while you did absolutely nothing incorrectly. THIS COMPANY SIMPLY ROBS YOU OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN THESE “TRUMP TIMES,” where you play THIS WORTHLESS GAME THAT STEALS YOUR TIME & MONEY just to frustrate you even MORESO than the frustrating life you’re trying to escape from by LITERALLY STEALING YOUR MONEY AND YOUR BERRIES. I HATE THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE AN UNBEARABLY, UNBELIEVABLE AUDACITY.

Always broken and pay pay pay This game is PAY TO PLAY. If you do not pay, your “luck” will be far less than others, you will not have even close to the same experience, and many of the events will not be enjoyable. There is now a paid Deluxe pass for every little event, and those events need you to pay for items. Pay pay pay. Additionally, there’s always issues that result in you wasting all your paid items. They may do a “makeup” event, but that only asks you to spend all over again to get the experience you should already have had. The support team lies and gaslights and makes it nearly impossible to address any legitimate issues you may be facing. So crack open that wallet and do your best to get “lucky”!

No response and never helps I’ve played this game for a very long time and i rarely run into problems but this time i ran into a trading problem me and my buddy traded pokemon thinking we can trade them back it did not warn us that they where special and that they could not be traded back I wrote to the support waited the 24 hours and there was no response and to make it worse I’ve gone to the website face book and the support team there sucks just as much

Great concept ruined by greed I love the basis of this app but it is ruined by corporate greed and people who don’t care about the product. They promote all these events under false pretenses just to collect another dollar

Sad that things have changed Seems like the new company has changed things to make you spend more. Kinda sad. Used to love this game. Pay to improve odds is not cool

Fix PvP The lag is so miserable I can’t believe you’ve managed to make it even worse than it was at launch
