Pokemon disappearing Why does coins cap at 50 for gyms no matter how long it’s there? I had a Pokemon in a gym for 42 days and only got 50 coins for it. That entire time I was unable to use that Pokemon and I only get 50 coins from it. Not only that recently there’s been a problem with me ‘not being in range’ which if that’s an actual change then it’s stupid because whenever I’m going somewhere(I’m not driving I’m not able to) I can’t get them even if it’s saying I can. And change the 400 candies for evolving some Pokemon, it’s stupid to have to walk 400km just to evolve especially when it’s a special quest.

Disappointing It is Truly disappointing that after all these years this app is as buggy as it is. Niantic makes too much financial gain to steal from customers. If I pay for a remote pass and the lobby leaves as I enter thus wasting 10$. After reporting this to staff they stall, ask you to show proof when they never intend on proper compensation. Happy Go fist yourself!

Loyal Players Deserve Better RNG is already expensive enough. Many of us spend money on raid passes, tickets, and events only to walk away empty-handed, while others receive exclusive rewards that can’t be earned through gameplay. I hope the 10th anniversary celebrates all players, not just a select few.

This Game Ain’t It. Niantic steadily changes rules/gameplay. Decisions are fueled by capitalism to the extent that the game is no longer enjoyable as you cannot get ahead unless you’re willing to work a second job to pay for extras. Spoofer accounts run rampant and there is no consequence. Mons increasingly hard to catch with terrible stats; very few shiny mons. Gotta catch a better way to waste my life.

Recently Unplayable Gyms are under construction. Team Rocket grunts, raids, and power spots are unplayable. When the game lags, computer-controlled opponents get unlimited free attacks. Grunts and Rocket Team Leaders will refuse to fight and quit in the middle of battles. How many servers have to be cut for Scopely to save money?

Still here. Player since 2016. Research Breakthrough rewards are a joke. 7 days of completing just for 5 Pinap Berries and an encounter with a busted pokemon? If I want berries I’ll spin a pokestop. We used to get a Legendary encounter after the 7 days. There should be at least a guaranteed Remote or Premium Raid Pass for this reward. Players should have the option to recall Pokemon that have been in a gym for way too long. Some gyms are so rarely visited Pokemon are stuck for years.

Ridiculous “Catch” Rates This game should be fun, but it’s aggravating to buy remote raid tickets, participate and win, and then get denied what you have rightfully one due to RNG. I’m so sick of the pattern of “hit pokemon with excellent or great throw, breaks out. Rinse and repeat for 14 balls where you’ve used berries to improve catch rates.” Absolute ripoff.

0 customer service Completed raids but was booted out during go fest. Tried to contact customer support to hopefully be somewhat compensated for my wasted money. Submitted three separate tickets requesting assistance and couldn’t get a human. I just got the same ai response every time saying they weren’t going to do anything, even with a description of what happened and multiple screenshots of proof. It’s just so sad, I have been playing this game since 2016 and have never been so disappointed.

Player since 2016, but no longer There’s so many glitches and the responses from support are so bad. I’ve actually given up playing anymore even though I’ve been a player since 2016. I’ve reached my final straw last night with this game
