Pokémon GO

Glitches/no response The game was going so well until yesterday. I bought and used a remote raid pass but wasn’t allowed to attack or nothing. After speaking to the automated response system my case was closed because I was ‘already refunded’ but no solution or alternative was provided. I don’t think this is how scopely wants to start their new chapter with pogo

Horrible customer service The game crashed twice after I had joined raids remotely yesterday. I am out 2 remote raid passes and link holders. I contacted support and your resolution was to give me 1 regular raid pass. The amount of money this game has stolen by crashing and not giving true compensation is ridiculous. Get it together.

Lotta bugs lately A lot of bugs, especially with this route thing tried to create a route has to be 5 km. It was right at 5 km but it only counted it as 4 km so therefore I wasn’t able to do the route. I don’t think that’s OK especially when you’re spending money on the game then you’re not able to do something because their calculations are off

:( I found a armored meotwo and screamed for my sister to play but we got too far away. I love this game and I can never stop playing it.

Suggestion/Request Pokémon Go has gotten so much better lately. A lot more to do, a lot more to earn, many objectives, wider variety of Pokemon to catch! My request is, please allow us to either Pull, Swap, or something with pokemon that we have put into Gyms. Or If our pokemon lasts a whole 30 days, maybe the Team gets a bonus or a special item . Maybe XL Candy for that pokemon, or more coins to get more items. Thank you for reading and hope we can keep making the game better.

problem love this game but also has some big problems. Spend money to do raids where the Pokémon is to far to the point where i cant even throw my ball far enough. Big waste

Doesn’t work on iPhone 17 Pro I enjoyed this game but ever since I switched to iPhone 17 Pro, it stopped working. The screen turns completely black and I can’t do anything.
