Terrible customer support Gotcha game and steals your money

Boring & Freemium as heck! Boring when it came out & Still is to this day. Worst part is it Claims to be FREE BUT when you play longer you start to run out of Potions which eventually you might have to pay for it or play extremely hard! Please change!!!!

Offers to reimburse for lost pass but doesn’t Support says I “finished my raid and won’t be reimbursed”, there’s literally an option for “couldn’t attack” and there were issues with raids on mega day. I wasted a remote pass, couldn’t attack, and therefore we lost the raid. Did another a few hours later and had no issues beating the same boss with the same amount of people with over 75% time remaining. Don’t offer to fix your screw up if you won’t do it. This is coming from a DAY ONE player. Step it up, it was bad enough when you started locking Pokémon behind pay walls. Now I can’t even get a remote pass back, which takes 4 days of having a Pokémon in a gym to get.

Give us an option to turn off the explorer gadget and appropriately recompensate us for raid passes So this weekend was the Armored Mewtwo event following Worlds 2026. I lost two raid passes from frozen raids and was told they had no way of confirming that I didn’t complete the raid, so that’s money down the drain. Not to mention the recent forced implementation of the explore gadget, a nuisance that wastes your berries and pokeballs and *cannot* be turned off. Fix both of these issues.

LOVE IT This game has being an absolute hit ever since it dropped in 2016. It is fun for kids and adults, but the only bad part is that you have to move irl but is still one of the best Pokèmon games ever. Thank you nitanic.

Poke go This game is my favorite game in the world, but one thing I dislike, it’s the graphics that throw me off. Can u please make the movement on the Pokémon smoother and better. Thank you!

Not cool I paid for the go fest pass no shinys want my money back

Pokemon Go give us all your money After looking forward to the most recent raid event. The app was plagued with bugs and crashing during highly anticipated group raids that cost money. After contacting support they claimed there was in fact no issues with the game despite plenty of evidence, and in which my in game paid items would not be refunded. I will no longer be purchasing anything in the app.

Go fest finals Spent 15$ on the go fest can’t log into any raids and minimal amount of shinys if your going to charge people for your events make sure they work that’s how lawsuits start.
