Pokémon GO

No customer support I’ve been playing this game since it came out. Not only is it impossible to get in touch with him but once you do it, it’s basically an automated response and the off chance you do get a human they pencil whip your ticket and refuse to help. An obvious mistake happened and as a result $50+ of raid passes and two years down the drain. They told me to basically do it over and they WONT not can’t reverse it. Sad they forsake paying players Don’t waste your money. They don’t care about you once the transaction is done.

A real review This game is a trap, hard cap on battles per day, hard cap on pass progress per day, hard cap on coins earned per day from gyms. A new event pikachu or other starter every week to decrease your pokemon storage space by one so you will have to buy more. Biomes are nothing, it's the same pokemon everywhere, beach, woods, city, suburbs, farm, no reason to go searching far and wide. Higher star level doesn't mean stronger for pvp, and the way power and pokemon work, you only see the same good ones in battles and makes to train them not a cause. All buddy walk distances need halved, at minimum. This is a game, not a life, and there's no reason you need that much work for just to use the pokemon. These battles are such a crapshoot with only 3 pokemon and the battle mechanics themselves. They also need a candy for each pokemon that participated in battle, or more rare candy per battle fought, victory or defeat. Don't ever evolve anything while you have a special research because if you evolve it too fast before the next step, it doesn't count and you have to evolve another one. The catching is atrocious, 5 berries with excellent curved ultraball throws will fail and then the 500 cp pokemon will run, then your flopped pokeball will catch the 1200 cp, catching them is no real test, it's a crapshoot. It is cruelly intentionally designed to take your time and then your money without a heart so true, please do not summon the courage to pull us through.

A couple fixes needed. 1. Anytime I play media, music, YouTube, anything, in the background while playing Pokémon Go, it makes the audio glitchy and crackly. 2. On Android, you have the ability to turn off saving buddy photos to the photo album. This needs to come to iOS as well. 3. (Edit) another issue. Tags keep breaking, I will suddenly lose the ability to search my tagged Pokémon, as if the feature disappeared. The only way to fix it that I’ve found, is to completely delete the app and reinstall. Restarting the app or phone does not fix it. I’m having to do this on a daily basis. If this isn’t fixed soon, one day, I’m just not gonna reinstall. Fix these problems and I’ll change the review to 5 stars.

This Game Is Going Downhill Ever since Scopely Explore took over, Pokémon GO has traded fun for aggressive monetization. Between constant paywalls, event-ruining glitches, and unhelpful automated support, the game keeps getting worse.

Doesn’t work I just get a black screen that never loads. It doesn’t work or do anything.

Awful experience Terrible. Full of bugs, the game is completely broken. Get ready for your second shift as an IT engineer because you will have to constantly troubleshoot issues. Garbage. Absolute garbage.

Best game I am 70 years old playing Pokemon Go since day one. Best game ever I play 24/7 🤣
