This game deserves way more attention. Every game is so chaotic, and there are so many things you can do and ways to win, and I haven’t even unlocked half the stuff yet. The fact that it’s a 12-player local is rare. There’s even a pretty robust campaign mode if you only want to play solo. They did a great job theming the game to make you feel like a pirate. A sequel would be awesome, but I know that will never happen. If you’re on the fence, just buy the game.
This is an outrageously fun local multiplayer game! There's also a single-player campaign mode with some amusing dialogue, but the party game aspect is where it really shines. My kids and I have played 14 hours of it in less than a week. The asking price is honestly a steal. It took us a few rounds to really get a handle on how to move around the screen effectively and the different ways to win a match, but it's been a blast ever since. I'd definitely put it up with Towerfall and Boomerang Fu for great single screen party games.
fun with kiddos, dyarrrrrr!
I've played only campaign, but it gets repetitive quite fast. Not a bad game in my opinion - it can be quite fun for a a while, - it's just that mechanics are lacking and game doesn't offer much in terms of new interesting strategies. Game only gets more chaotic as the player makes progress. Also AI is hit or miss. Sometimes AI plays like a human, but in some chapters it's so bad it makes me want to quit. Enemy AI always tries to blow up the ship, so you can't win unless you stop that. There are many ways to win, but unfortunately it's all too chaotic and unbalanced. Despite my negative review I like the idea of this game a lot, but I still wouldn't recommend it.
Видишь мультиплеер? Нет. И я не вижу. А он есть.
