I love how technical it is but it can get difficult when trying to balance the financials.

Controls and UI simply makes this game unplayable for me. As much I would love to play it, it is simply not fun. Building and controls feels more like working with some (not very good) map editor from engine SDK, rather than playing a game. Sure, if gives a lot of freedom, but in very unintuitive and frustrating way, with every option requiring usage of slow clunky UI.
