[th]Aspecto[/th][th]Puntuación (0-10)[/th][th]Comentario[/th]

Jugabilidad6Funciona y es clara, pero es “puzzle clásico” sin mucha sorpresa.

Dificultad / IA6Dificultad ajustable bien; IA irrelevante porque tu peor enemigo eres tú.

Contenido7Entre ilustraciones y 495 logros, hay cosas para rato.

Gráficos / Video6Arte 2D/anime correcto; cumple más que deslumbra.

Historia1No hay historia: solo piezas y tu dignidad desarmándose.

Ambientación5Relajante si te gusta el silencio; plana si buscas “mundo”.

Efectos (VFX)4Efectos discretos; nada memorable.

Música5Funcional; no molesta, tampoco enamora.

An okay puzzle sim, more anime style then pics from any recognizable show or series. Puzzles come in interesting cuts and some of these sets are truly challenging. I like this version because it has 'trays' for you to sort your pieces which I find helpful, and there is a preview image constantly up for you to reference, though you cannot change it's location or size, the game has other options such as a ghost image that can be toggled on under the building area which can really help out at times. Unfortunately, this sim has other problems. The pieces cannot fit together anywhere but on the main board. Got a section you can fit together but don't quite know where the pieces themselves go in the big picture? You are out of luck. Throw them in a tray and hope they don't shift between sessions. (They always do!) No way to pick the cut of the pieces into a different style or difficulty. So if you find a cool or interesting picture and it's only cut to be 100 pieces then you just have to deal with that. Kind of kills replay but then that might just be so you can buy more dlc. And there is a LOT of dlc. Not bad overall, it's a small game doesn't take up shockingly massive amounts of GPU or anything. More than once I found I left it running in the background all day with no performance issues, which is what I want out of a puzzle game really. Just missing some good robust options and the ability to let you work on sections out of frame.
5/10 Jigsaw puzzle TLDR: a clumsy implementation, with too few options. Neutral vote Good: + free (21 images) + good images So-so: +/- can't customize tiling. Each picture has only 1 pre-determined tiling setup (e.g. 216 pieces). Not a single picture with big pieces (minimal tiling is 96 pieces). On the other hand, each picture comes with its own piece shapes. Which suggests to me that pictures themselves have tiling as metadata. There is no generic splitting algo Bad: - no way to sort pieces without overlaps. Camera zoom is limited to just the board size. There are 7 trays where you can place pieces temporarily. But it's a lot of meaningless work to move pieces around only to see what they are. There are literally piles of pieces, with as many of 5 overlapping or stacking on top of each other. Ridiculous - can't load a custom image - can't connect matching pieces to move them as a group! You just need to place each on its correct spot on the board instead. The game offers 34 DLCs, each is just a few pictures, with prices like $0.50 to $1 per picture (so, you'd be paying $5 for a handful of images). I guess the dev is targeting pre-digital audience here which used to buy jigsaw puzzles on carton. Newest update is a severe downgrade the default settings are now as the lowest possible difficulty, and the way to change these are hidden not in the settings menu, but in the Pack selection menu. this change makes it so now you cant see what the settings do while a puzzle is open, making you have to open one, check if that setting is what you want, and if it isnt, close it again and go into a pack menu to adjust it, when before you could freely change all the settings from within a puzzle. some options are just straight up gone now, like the ability for the pieces to spin and drift while not on the board, having 45 degree rotation (this wasnt really needed, but still its a removed thing) The entire Hint system where you earn hint tokens to trade in for hints on a piece has been removed, and with it 10 Achievements that were legitimately acquired are now gone. to replace this, there is now a Ghost Overlay that trivializes the difficulty. all of these removals and the game still doesnt have one of the basics of most puzzle games, the ability to snap two pieces together. all pieces only snap to the exact location they would be on the completed puzzle, meaning you can just brute force placing a piece in every position until it snaps into one. If there was a way to play the older version, I 100% would, because the new 2.0 is a severe letdown, and curtailed every desire to get any more DLC packs, once I'm finished with the last one I got, this game is getting uninstalled

Bad update for PC. Pieces DO NOT rotate. I tried right mouse, shift, space...none of them work (these were listed in the settings for key controls). The game is unplayable at the moment. Flash puzzle deadline needs extension until a couple weeks after this bug is fixed. Other puzzle games by this developer still work, as far as I know. I just did the Pixel Puzzles Ultimate Advent Calendar puzzle for Christmas day earlier today, I think. Hmmm...so I'm thinking the non-rotating pieces is intentional? Changes the whole game. This is not the game I bought in any way other than the topic and it being a jigsaw puzzle game. I'm hoping the other jigsaw puzzle games won't be updated the same way, unless the puzzle pieces will start fitting together in chunks like other people have wanted. I see that that Pixel Puzzles Traditional has gotten the same treatment now, with the pieces not being able to be rotated. It says in the patch notes that default is for the pieces not rotating, but I don't see any option to change that behavior, as in default is the only option. If anyone sees an option to unlock rotation, please comment on this review. I finally found the control for turning piece rotation on. It is in settings that are visible when you open a pack. I do not know if these settings work for puzzles outside of packs, like the flash puzzles, given I've already completed the current one. So, now, my only issue is the placement of the controls within the UI, given some people only do the flash puzzles and would never find them, the sorting tray not retaining the orientation of the pieces, and the choice to have rotation off as the default. The default now is even less like an actual jigsaw puzzle. Also, as of 02/12/2026 or before, the mouse-over tooltips for the puzzle controls are missing. If I didn't know any of the controls already, I would be stuck making mistakes to figure out what the control symbols mean. All the functionality is there, just not the best placement in the UI.
gooooood!
