Piffsy is a Social MMO developed by a small indie team in their spare time! It provides a completely Free-to-Play experience, where you can explore, play, build, socialize & much much more in a brand new massively multiplayer open world!
Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. Copies below reflect the player base, not paid sales.

The Fishing in the game kinda slap fellas, come fish stack with us!f
The concept is pretty cool!, OFC they are at the beginning but the devs are hearing the community and has a lot of potential in the future, it's a very cozy and chill game

I can't recommend this in it's current state. The menu and pre-character creation has music, but as soon as you go into the world, there's no music at all. Only minimal ambiance from birds or something, and the settings has that defaulted as muted. Only server that is available so far is European, which is fine, as it is just starting out, but there's only one, and there's no one on. Graphics, even on high/ultra, look like pre-facebook take over of Oculus avatars, and it really just feels like you could get a lot more mileage playing SecondLife, or hell, Toontown re-mastered or something. Save your time, wait for the devs to work on this a bit more. Until then, this definitely feels like it needs a solid redoing of everything. Don't even get me started on the off-brand Morgan Freeman narrator when you first start playing.
nice idea , epic af .

This game is not yet ready to be released. Full stop. At this stage basic, fundamental, necessary pieces of this game are just missing or broken. From major stuff like having to repaint you apartment every time you enter it because all your decoration choices are reset/erased every time you enter it?? To not being able to change clothing types, only the textures. Wanna switch from a t-shirt to a crop top; or jeans to a skirt? Too bad. Best we can do is apply the color/print you picked to the clothing you are already wearing. The tutorial talks about "Deep Avatar Customization" and you just, can't. To less important stuff like the ability to edit the control scheme. Or have hotkeys to open inventory. or any of the QoL polish that any game needs. But on top of all that BAD there is GOOD here. They got the micro-transactions working. I don't begrudge the devs trying to make money off of their game. This is a business for them. But to release a game this unfinished and then ask us to fund the rest on the development by buying mounts and features? Features that I have to question are even working, given the state this is in. And finally, to be completely fair, between the above issues, and the hour I had been fighting the camera already. I did not try any of the mini-games. There may be gold there. Heck, I might have seen another player there. In this Social MMO... Come back to this one in 6 months to a year. It's possible, however unlikely, a [strike]good[/strike] game will one day be built on this foundation.
Man, I can see this as being a really fun cozy MMO. But man does it still need work? More servers would help with lag and controls need to have more options. I can see myself coming home from a long day and relaxing with this game. I hope they keep working on it because I like what I see so far. The gameplay needs a lot more work. Get some more cozy background music into the game also.
Note: Dead Multiplayer game This game contains no meaningful single player content. There's no viably populated servers/active player population. This game cannot be played as intended.

Warning: Third Party Account This game requires you to create a third party "Piffsy" account... there's no valid reason for this in a PC game when SteamWorks is available. This is often done to harvest private data and profile you, with potential sale and transmission of your private data to third parties. The developers will probably argue that you can trust them, but if they were trustworthy they wouldn't demand you create a third party account. This represents a considerable risk to gamers due to the privacy and security implications of developers that wish to bypass Steam and harvest user data. Remember, sometimes if the product is free, YOU are the product.
This is less of a full game and more of a "Second Life" ripoff metaverse tech demo. And as soon as you can apply "Metaverse" to any bit of software, we immediately know it's garbage. It's a dead multiplayer game, and it's time for us to have a post-mortem to see some of the reasons this failed. Almost every multiplayer exclusive game on Steam fails. Only a tiny proportion of them "go viral". This game failed for many of the same reasons those others fail. The chief of which is the developer thinking that their game will "go viral" without actually creating any reason for it do so. The market for multiplayer games is crowded and the player base is limited. This game never reached "critical mass", didn't "go viral", and didn't offer anything to differentiate itself enough. Even with no upfront cost, it failed to appeal to gamers for several reasons. First and foremost, there's little to no solo content. The developer gambled that other players would be an acceptable substitute for adding storytelling, level design etc to the Game. They lost that bet. Without a huge community of players or solo content to add a lasting value to the game, the game dies. Developers must learn that other players are not an acceptable substitute for adding content to a game. On the important subject of visuals, this features fairly low quality stylised/cartoony low poly 3D graphics. It comes across as the kind of thing you see on mobile phones and Nintendo games, which will deter a lot of PC gamers, understandably. Gaming is a visual medium, and to be considered one of the best games on Steam, the graphics have to be some of the best on Steam. That's not happening here. Let's talk about pricing and the actual value this has for gamers. This is "free" enough (not every "free" game in the "free" section is truly free, there's usually some hidden price tag), at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 130 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB shows this peaked at only 14 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. All other issues aside (any of which would disqualify this from being worth your time), this is a game that relies on other players for it to be viable, and because there's not enough players, it's not viable. I can't recommend anyone downloads this, it's basically dead.
