best horror game

Development speed on this game is absolutely glacial and the game has _barely_ changed in all the years of its existence. It's fun for maybe 10-20 hours with friends until you get used to everything and are less spooked by the ghosts and then it's just the most repetitive game in existence. Give it a pass and find more enjoyable or promising games than this.

After the lates update the game is one absolute BUG! It takes AGES to react on any single WASD input or mouse rotation! (And I duble checke, my internet works perfect.) All these updates are a total disgrace!

Genuinely too scary to enjoy, even with friends. It's a great game and has come so far from its early alpha days, but I legit can't enjoy it with how much terror it instills in me as a grown man. I just reinstalled to play with my wife and played 4 minutes at Nell's Diner and instantly uninstalled and will likely never play again.
