combo balls
The included games are alright and run as expected. However adding your own Pico-8 game seems to not work at all. Tried a bunch of different ones I had laying around and all of them caused a runtime error in the main menu of Pemsa. Sadly can't recommend in the current state. (On Steam Deck btw)
Nice collection of PICO-8 games, but it’s a bit buggy on the steam deck
I like the game with the balls
My review of each game within pesma. 1) Under World Siege - Simple concept but not my kinda thing. Kinda fun in an almost turned based combat kinda way but is real repetitive. Almost got the 3 pearls but on my second pearl i was like "why bother". 5/10 2) Tomb of Gnir - Simple precision platformer. Honestly enjoyable 7/10 3) The Lair - Dungeon crawler with a good vibe and fun gameplay. Played on the easiest mode and had a good time and can see how some people might find this real enjoyable. 7/10 4) Sword Fish - You're a swordfish and you kill things to progress. Pretty fishy if you ask me. 6/10 5) Sweet Buns - By far my favorite in the pack so far. Kinda like Dr. Mario (Don't really know cause I haven't played dr mario) 9/10 6) Super Poulet Poulet - Real bad. Quite a stinker, not very fun platformer. 3/10 7) Stray Shot - Horde type game but you decide the horde. Kinda cool concept but the execution is a bit boring. 6/10 8) Stories at the Dawn - I don't really know how to find the other endings but it was cool for what it was. 5/10 9) Spaceman 8 - Literally broke my game but it was okay while it lasted. You fly around and earn money for a week and that's about it. 5/10 10) Solais - Precision platformer with a good vibe. What's not to like. 7/10 11) Slipways - Pretty solid colony building strategy game. Not my kinda thing but I see the appeal. 8/10 12) Slime Bubble Bro - Kinda like OG mario. Yk the one where you are in the room and you just kill baddies. kinda like that. 6/10 13) Skull Dude - Dungeon crawler bullet hell. Pretty good. 6/10
It's...good. But how the hell do ya close the game without having to Ctrl+Alt+Del?
