probably the most fun i've ever had roleplaying in a video game. never played a rpg before that allowed me to always make choices that fit the character i created. incredible narrative and storytelling. it has some issues tho, the crusader map gets tiring and it made this playthrough so long (and i didn't finish every quest). the combat became a headache so i switched to story difficulty mode and treated it as a narrative rpg (still incredibly fun that way)

Wrath of the Righteous is an epic adventure through and through. It's a grand tale of massive proportions that kept me hooked for over 150 hours. It has been almost 5 years since I played it, but I don't think any other RPG has managed to match the sense of wonder and curiosity that I experienced while playing it. There are countless ways you can roleplay, most of which drastically change the world and how the overarching story plays out, as well as how your character evolves. This provides a wonderful avenue for those who enjoy replaying this kind of RPG and exploring it to the absolute maximum. Perhaps I haven't played enough RPGs, but the sense of scale with the massive battles and the high-stakes narrative choices, combined with the astounding soundtrack, made this an unmatched experience for me. I wholeheartedly recommend this one to anyone who is looking for a game to completely lose themselves in.

Лучшая игра студии, на сегодняшний день, и одна из лучших рпг в принципе. Игры по вахе от совокотов мне тоже очень нравятся, но я искренне жалею, что в ближайшие годы не стоит ждать от них чего-то подобного.

(Played on Steam Deck) This is, quite simply, one of the best crpgs ever made. If you're a fan of the genre you'll be aware of Owlcat already, This is them at the peak of their powers. Incredible story and world building with an impressive amount of variety available. Memorable characters and locations. Fun, tactical combat fully customisable to whatever difficulty level you desire. Fair warning, this is NOT a short game. If you're looking for a quick, breezy adventure this is not the game for you. If you're a sicko like me and you love 100+ hour epic RPG adventures you can get lost in, strap tf in and enjoy the ride.
