Drim-Analisis: Es tan intragable que ni me voy a dignar a conseguir ni 1 solo logro y aun menos a terminarla, mucho me parece que le estoy dedicando esta reseña con mas de 10 palabras.
This is a free visual novel. Technically it is well done and I like the artstyle. I enjoyed the setting and characters (I do not know the show it is based on). It is very short though and the last chapter is ending very abruptly with a somewhat religious message. I still recommend it as it is fast-paced, with fun characters and great if you have an hour of free time to relax.

I disagree with the mostly negative review status on this game. It is a unique take on a visual novel, taking place as a reality TV show. The characters, quite unique and different, albeit, Tina is insufferable, and are fun and experts at their craft. Pick which character you want to grow closer to, to learn more about them and their history. Keep an open-mind when playing through this one.
Paranormal Teens, developed by Visual Wordplay in collaboration with Godline and published by Visual Wordplay, is a narrative-driven visual novel that builds its appeal around a supernatural premise filtered through the lens of teenage personalities and conflicting beliefs. Framed as a reality show that gathers a group of young individuals with different perspectives on the paranormal, the game sets the stage for a story that blends mystery, interpersonal drama, and light horror. Rather than focusing on gameplay systems, it commits almost entirely to storytelling, using dialogue and branching choices as its primary tools. The structure follows a familiar visual novel format, where players progress through scenes of conversation and occasional decision points that influence the direction of the narrative. These choices determine how relationships evolve and which of the multiple endings the player ultimately reaches. While the branching paths add a degree of replayability, the experience remains largely guided, with most of the story unfolding in a linear fashion between key decision moments. This approach makes it accessible and easy to follow, though it also limits the sense of agency for players hoping for more dramatic divergence in outcomes. Character interaction is the centerpiece of the experience, with the cast representing a range of viewpoints on the supernatural. Each character brings a distinct personality and belief system, from skeptics to true believers, creating opportunities for conflict and discussion as the story unfolds. At its best, the game uses these contrasting perspectives to generate tension and curiosity, allowing players to engage with different interpretations of the paranormal. There is also a layer of optional romance woven into the narrative, giving players the chance to form closer connections with certain characters, though this aspect remains secondary to the overarching mystery. The narrative itself attempts to balance multiple tones, shifting between moments of suspense, character-driven dialogue, and thematic exploration. While the premise suggests an open-ended examination of paranormal phenomena, the story gradually narrows its focus, guiding players toward a more defined interpretation of events. This can be effective in giving the story direction, but it also reduces the sense of ambiguity that often makes supernatural narratives compelling. As a result, the game may feel more constrained than its initial setup implies, particularly for players who enjoy open-ended mysteries. Writing quality is somewhat inconsistent, which has a noticeable impact given the game’s reliance on dialogue. Some scenes manage to capture engaging interactions and give characters room to develop, while others fall back on more predictable or surface-level exchanges. Pacing can also fluctuate, with certain segments moving quickly through important developments while others linger on less impactful moments. Because there are no gameplay mechanics to offset these issues, the overall experience depends heavily on how well the player connects with the story and its characters. Visually, the game adopts a simple and functional style typical of smaller-scale visual novels. Character sprites and backgrounds convey the necessary information without drawing much attention to themselves, and while they support the narrative effectively, they rarely stand out as a highlight. The presentation is clean but minimal, with little in the way of dynamic elements or stylistic flourishes. Similarly, the audio design is understated, serving more as a backdrop than a defining feature of the experience. One of the game’s more appealing aspects is its accessibility as a free-to-play title, which makes it easy for players to explore without any financial commitment. The inclusion of multiple endings and branching choices adds some incentive to revisit the story, though the overall length and structure mean that replay value is moderate rather than extensive. It works best as a short, self-contained narrative experience rather than something designed for long-term engagement. In the end, Paranormal Teens is a modest but earnest attempt at blending supernatural mystery with character-focused storytelling. It offers an interesting premise and a cast with potential, but its execution is uneven, particularly in its writing and pacing. For players who enjoy visual novels and are interested in a light, dialogue-driven exploration of paranormal themes, it can provide a worthwhile, if brief, experience. However, those seeking deeper narrative complexity or more polished presentation may find it falls short of its ambitions. Rating: 6/10
