Very nice, chill and cosy game that you can get lost in for hours and hours. I love it!

So fair warning, this review is coming from a new player (Started less than 2 months ago w/ <200 hours) who got into this game after seeing videos of the mounts and farm animals with breedable cosmetic and non cosmetic traits and the content surrounding it. As a die hard horse girl from the time I could walk, I have searched for the perfect horse game that has that "pick up and play" feel with a good community. Now saying all that, this is not a horse game and do not expect that, but if you are willing to sacrifice the realistic horse/animal aspect of a game this fantasy MMO will scratch that itch. Not in the satisfying way that this game absolutely can and should, but I would safely say it could replace a lot of player's daily games until that game comes around. Here is my short list of grievances: 1. Start of game is an absolute grind-fest and lack of direction is a real issue. Thankfully the community has helped with this so asking for help is very easy and there are walkthroughs posted by multiple people for anything you have trouble with. 2. Lack of instruction/direction by itself. It's important to list this as it's own point because tutorials literally guide players on how to play your game, and you CANNOT just give them half the instructions and let them guess the rest. i.e. Placing one of each cooking station down and thinking you can cook whatever you want now when in reality, some recipes require duplicates of certain stations. The current set up/indicator does not work new players trying to figure things out. 3. Reasonable Storage/Capacity limits. Now again, I'm a new player who just unlocked paladian storage chests, so I'm not feeling squeezed there at the moment (however I can definitely see where later on down the line when I start decorating my plot and getting into money making etc. that there will need to be some management on my own hoarding tendencies to stay happy there). My REAL issue with this game is HOW ARE YOU GOING TO CAP OUR FARM ANIMALS AT 30 AND KEEP INTRODUCING MORE BREEDABLE ANIMALS WITH COSMETIC TRAITS?!?!?!???? This is the most asinine bottle neck of this game and it absolutely infuriates me. There is already a system in place that negatively impacts the production of your animals if you are keeping more than the recommended limit (VERY FAIR!) but then how are you going to reasonably expect to have FOURTEEN breedable farmstock, ALL with their OWN COSMETICS that you can try to breed for, and then tell players they can only have 30 animals on their farm to breed/raise. So unless you would like to take months/years to try to breed all the cosmetic traits you want with 2-3 animals at a time... you are forced to focus on one animal at a time, breed the cosmetic traits you want, spend coins or time to age them up so you can retire them and gain a free spot back on your farm. As an adult player who likes to spend money on games for fun cosmetics and mounts, this set up specifically makes me not want to spend any more because I'm paying to not have a good time at this point. That is what I ran into with the Phoenixfire mount and would definitely like to warn off others until there is a better system in place. That being said, I still play the game daily and have do have fun. It's a great fantasy/cozy game MMO that's overall pretty low-commitment. But I cannot in good conscience recommend this game when it's actively taking money, hand over fist, from players paying to unlock mounts with real money, and then bottlenecking and almost punishing them when they try to utilize the system to try to breed the one they want.
