This is a tough one as it does a lot of things I don't really like and I found myself finishing it just to knock it off the list ya know? It's basically Fetch Quest: The Game, the environment is kind of interesting though I feel more could have been done with the underwater base setting. There was the odd creepy moment but the horror elements were mostly laughable, I'm not a fan of literally spawning something in your face that then despawns a second later, it's the epitome of a jumpscare and completely unearned. The story was all right, voice acting was okay, graphics are fine. Never quite figured out how the enemy(ies?) in the game worked, you could go large periods of time without seeing or hearing it and then sometimes it'd be clanking up and down a hallway nearby so you just hide until it goes away again. There were a couple of chase sequences but they didn't really do much for me either. I dunno, this is one of those where I wish Steam had a Maybe option. I didn't really enjoy my time with it but I can see how others might, it's not a bad game in any way really, beyond the cheap jumpscares.

Not bad. The screen tearing was annoying, but overall the game had nice exploration and characters and I enjoyed playing it more than I thought that I would.

Not a bad little title at all. Not really scary but a decent story worth exploring.

As an enjoyer of all things Just Sauce have put out, I was really excited to try out Pact of Joy and I was absolutely not disappointed. If I take a little break between playing JS games, I forget just how in depth and thoughtful the storylines are and I get such a nice surprise! The characters, despite not being what you may expect, still feel well rounded and interesting and I had so much fun exploring and learning everyone's story. Jumpscares were well done and not excessive (as per the other Just Sauce games) and the couple of puzzles weren't super complex but also not tedious. Another absolute banger from Just Sauce, can not WAIT to see what's coming up next! ♥

Unique horror setting w/ an interesting story. Would recommend.

I'm not going to lie I spent most of my time just listening to the music in my room. The scenery was pretty cool. interested in knowing what the plots with the characters are gonna be.
