Over The Top: WWI

Game is prett fun, not the best graphics, but that kinda adds to the charm of it, the customizing is good, weapons are good, maps are good, you can dig holes, make your own trenches, tanks, planes. Apart from the graphics, its a pretty realistic game, if you like war movies like all quiet on the western front or 1917, youll probably like this game.

Interesting concept, questionable execution. For me personally, performance was abysmal. It's not a pretty game by any stretch of the imagination, and even on lowest settings it turned my computer into a space heater. Battlefield 1, Verdun, and Isonzo all look and run much better. The shooting is pretty piss-poor, both in third and first person, and the controls seem rather strange and counterintuitive. The animations are all terribly janky. The two things it has going for it are the persistent maps and terrain deformation, but I find these difficult to enjoy simply because of how shoddy and off-key the rest of the game feels. It's an impressive showing for an indie team in terms of features, but I can't recommend actually playing it.

I originally left this review because I felt the moderation was heavy-handed. After speaking directly with the developer, we cleared up the misunderstanding. I still think the initial ban was an overreaction, but I appreciate that he took the time to explain his reasoning and lifted the ban when he realized I wasn't trying to spread misinformation. This is by far the best WW1 shooter I have ever played. OLD REVIEW: Dead game, devs don't really add anything and if you try to critique them or the game theyll dish out month long community bans. I will change my review to positive if this changes going forward, but I do not have hope.

Nawet w wielu darmowych grach na Robloksie bronie posiadają taki.
