For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.

Hi! I'm a solo developer creating this game entirely in my spare time, with no budget and a lot of passion. Every line of code, piece of art, and design decision has been a personal labor of love, built from the ground up during evenings and weekends. I hope you enjoy playing it as much as I’ve enjoyed making it!

The game is engaging, looks good, and has a really enjoyable sound design. While the roguelike mechanics are mostly tacked on, as there is not a lot of random elements and very few upgrades, you can still easily get a few hours of fun gameplay just by learning about the core mechanics. The game sort of feels like an incredibly solid and well polished "prototype" or "pitch" for a more expanded version of itself. I hope we get a sequel.
This game is small, simple, and quite fun. It could also be way more interesting than its current state. Some things I'd love to see: 1. Wider variety of combat encounters.
There's only two combat encounters---goblins and mushrooms---and they always appear in the same shapes with the same sigils.
It would be way more fun if there was more variety---a dragon with its horde, kobolds with an entrapped lair, competing dwarf or drow kingdom, etc. 2. Multiplayer would be the bomb. I would love it so much if there was a way to host a server on a LAN. 3. Wider variety of boons from the king. The same five or six tend to be cycled through, and often I end up just skipping the boon for double time down below. 4. Bigger dungeons with more things and greater rewards. 5. I'm tired of the same music over and over and over. Wider variety of soundtrack. I think, for the price, this is worth it. I think if some of the design decisions were ironed out and some more content was added, it would be worth more, and if there was multiplayer

TLDR: A genuinely good game, With a very low price point, absolutely worth picking it up. Gameplay is similar to what you would find in Steamworld Dig or Dome Keeper, that is; dig for resources, then return to base for upgrades to more efficiently collect resources. The loop is fun, the physics and movement feel markedly good, and the combat, while very easy, feels interesting for this genre. My only complaint is that the game seems to have been designed... Oddly? I'll explain; there is a depth of mechanics with some of the items you can pick up, that just feels wholly unnecessary for anything. I had assumed that the existence of the crossbow would mean eventually combat would increase in difficulty to the point of it being necessary but... It just doesn't. Combat is linear and quite trivial, after you first encounter with each enemy type the odds of taking damage against them are near zero. So it seems odd to me that time and energy was spent into adding that to the game, when the things to use it on are so... Unworthy of it? In addition, several of the 'treasures', the things that make this game a roguelike (though I'll note I don't think the dev(s?) have actually claimed this is one), just seem utterly useless. They are very cool, don't get me wrong, and I would rather have them than not, but... They aren't 'run defining', in the way that items can be in the big name roguelikes like The Binding of Isaac or Enter the Gungeon are. Just a very odd situation to find a game of quality like this to be in, and I can't really speculate on how things ended up like this. Still, the game is absolutely still worth playing. And I would and do recommend it to anyone.
W game fr, really fricken fun
Honestly one of my favorite games of the year. Truly a hidden gem. Looking forward to what the developer has in store for the future. Game sums up as mine to please the king while balancing upgrading. Was a fun 100%
El juego me pareció espectacular! Muy bien diseñado los personajes y la mina. El reloj del Rey te invita a no parar de jugar para entregarle los favores. Felicitaciones muy buen trabajo!
Beautiful chill little game. Love tone, colors and atmosphere. Great to play while you listen to music or a podcast. I play it with one hand on keyboard! I find it easy to balance tribute vs upgrades during runs. For being a game developed by one person, it is a grat value!
Simple progression loop, but extremely fun. I am like three runs from retirement, though I'm not sure I will retire, it depends if my progress is saved or not. Totally worth the money.
Pure fun! Love pickaxe sfx!!!
peak small game, saw the devlogs :)
